Don't forget the chance they had to go top against us, and then against ten man Arsenal.

Edit. I see now this has already been covered. Good work chaps.

    He'll never change

  3. Even Arsenal fans are turning on Pixie. I am surprised that there hasn't been a poll on the AFC board to see if most of the Gooners still want him as their mod. If I were a Gooner right now, I'd be starting a petition to the Admins to have him removed.

Tbf it's only a87 that is having a one man crusade against ALL Arsenal fans.

I am starting to think he isn't actually an Arsenal fan or that he has some mental health issues as he can't debate any topic in a sensible way.

It's actually IQ87 and his fluffer, Cini. Either would arguably fade away if it wasn't continually fed and spurred on by the other.

  6. Brunel Gooner seems to be fairly anti-Wenger.

There are a few more, too, I am sure, but I cannot remember all of their tags.

The Arsenal Civil War failed to happen despite so much hype.

I think Wenger should hand over the reigns at end of next season

You see HIAG that's the beauty of our board, we have those who support Wenger and those who want him gone and for the most part we can co-exist quite happily. Unfortunately your cock gobbling of A87 was exposed as a bit of a desperate attempt, because you had simply sided with him because he had issues with me. The fact that you'd been calling him IQ87 all season and trying to ridicule him, but then accepted his schlong up your chutney channel as soon as you thought you could team up against me, was a bit pathetic to witness.

If Spurs get the win they need today to finish above Arsenal, I expect we'll see HIAG trying to claim that there has been a power shift. If he does it will be one of the biggest self ownings this site has seen and an example of how 1 time in 20 years will lead him to fall into the 'small club mentality' that fans of lesser teams make when they get small victories over their superior and dominant rivals. :)

It is going to be interesting times at spurs next season, by the time the trophies get handed out next season, it will be 9 years since spurs won a trophy, therefore if they don't win a trophy next season they will go a decade without a trophy. It is always difficult to sustain a CL campaign and league campaign. Very few teams manage it if they are no used to it, teams like arsenal, Man U, Chelsea are so used to the demands, that they deal with it pretty well, but we seen last season that as soon as spurs came up against a good side in the Eupopa they could not sustain the demands of a duel campaign.

I will be interested to see if they try a bit harder in the FA and league cup to try and win some silverware, or will they throw these away again in pursuit of league glory, I guess it will depend on where they are in the league come January/February. Plus there is going to be a bit of pressure on them next season, from their own fans and the media, as they will be expected to challenge for the league, they won't be the underdogs, able to come up on the outside unnoticed like they did this season, adds that bit of extra pressure.

Quite honestly, we have already achieved more this season than any of us expected. If you'd offered us a CL place at the start of the season 99.9% of us would have bitten your hand off. So, whatever else we may or may not achieve will be a bonus. Now the title chase is over, personally I'm relaxed about the rest of this season - such as it.

As to next year. Well, we have the basis of a fine and very young squad - the youngest in the Prem. Yes, we will have additional pressures next season, not least from trying to put up a credible performance in the CL. We will need to add some quality in summer, and if we can do that, I'm hopeful we can be up there challenging again next year.

The spuddies have 2 possible pitfalls this coming season. Not losing any of their 3 starlets and their manager being able to seduce grown men to play for him.

Admittedly, he has done well with the kids this year, but I couldn't see him pulling in a Sanchez or an Ozil until he has proven himself over a number seasons with the big boys.

    We shall see...

We already have Alli & Eriksen and we're pretty happy with them. Yes, we need to add to strengthen the squad, but Buying so called 'established' stars isn't always the way to go. Ask Leicester!...

I've taken the family out for a nice sunday roast. Welcome result upon my return though. What happened during the game ? I thought you'd batter them today to be honest. Are you worried about losing 2nd place to us now ?
