You are dead right. we have an all or nothing scenario in europa.

West ham have now ****ed it so they might be distracted tuesday and **** it again. utd could be 4th as a result. if west ham **** it and we take 6 point??? well we could be a solid SIXTH on last day.

Think about it reds..... we should be preparing for europa lague... which i have no ****ing i dead why its on the 18th and not the weekend as the cl final is on the 28th..... but we should be thinking. lets try get a europa spot and a high in league as possible.

The EL final is held 2 days after the end of the domestic leagues, and then there's another 10 days until the CL final

The national cups are all played at the weekend after season finishes. Might be a tad harsh to ask Sevilla to play both EL final and Copa del ray final on same day

Though.... if the final was made the Saturday it'd force all national associations to change their calenders to suit in future.

 

So instead they have a league final and 2 cup finals in a week

Why 10 days between EL and CL? The entire season they're just a couple of days apart, and you know for sure no team's going to play both unlike all other competition considerations

UEFA just want 10 days of paid holidays for their "football family" rather than 2 or 3

 

final of any comp should be held on a saturday so us mere mortals can fecking enjoy the weekend with a few beers(those not lucky enough to get next day off work!!!)

is the carling cup played during the week? as reason why i ask is the europa is supposed to have more prestige but its played midweek!!!!

If CL final is on Saturday 28th don't know why you couldn't have EL final on the wednesday before that though.
