I think there's enough there to attract #Charlie1 as it is.

Ah, but they have figured greatly in the history of Hull City. Ken Houghton & Ian Butler were signed simultaneously from Rotherham for 40,000 quid each in 1964. They were the final pieces of the jigsaw that became the powerhouse City team of the 60's and early 70's. The Rotherham supporters were right pissed off with their team's management for ripping their team apart. Their loss, our gain.

Sorry to put this but Rotherham are the only other team that can do the double over us apart from ****ing derby..... Or maybe I'm wrong... and also the only other team that can leave the KC/KCOM ?? With all 3 points, apart from..... ****ing derby....

It was a tad obvious, wasn't it; so Bruce missed it, no surprise there then. <doh>

What's the point, we clearly don't do momentum at Bruce's Hull City, nor do we do partnerships, so the only factor is injuries, or avoiding them in a pointless game.

I remember that 4-1. Everyone was slating Moran, I'm thinking the worst player I'd seen at that point, then after the game I was thinking this is the start. Unfortunately I think he only got 1 other goal. If my bad memory is correct, it was that game v Plymouth when we ended up down to 9 men, won 1-0 & briefly went top of what is now L1!

According to Soccerbase it's not the game I'm thinking of. I'll have to wait until I can dig out my old programmes & flick through. We did beat Plymouth 2-0 on a Tuesday night, so don't know if that's what I'm thinking of?

Interesting stat about Rotherham, if you need to do a speed awareness course in south Yorkshire after getting pinged by a manned speed camera at 830 on a Sunday evening in Holme on Spalding moor then you may very well end up having to take an afternoon off work to undertake said session at Rotherham's ground.

Chazz's team starts. I'd have Hayden rather than Huddlestone and then perhaps Meyler for Hayden against Derby when fit.

Late protest. Throwing my season pass on the pitch at the end, or maybe the beginning.

Why do we start our "strongest" team in the last match before the play-offs when there's less time to recover from injuries?

I didn't think there would be unfortunately. I was 15 at the time and all I can remember was how easy we were beating them, I can't remember any of the goals but it would've been great to see a video of the match as I'm sure it would've jogged the old memory.
