I think you are mistaking me for an idiot, I was talking about the cashew fruit.

The true fruit of the cashew tree is a kidney or boxing-glove shaped drupe that grows at the end of the cashew apple. The drupe develops first on the tree, and then the pedicel expands to become the cashew apple.

rhubarb schmoobarb it's all a pudding to me. I usually add apples, healthy dose of cinnamon and just enough sugar to stop you wincing at the sharpness. With custard naturally. I feckin love crumble me.
