What's these plug sockets? And what's this about Bluetooth?

Make sure your foundations/groundwork is over speced.

Account for all your electrics. Dont scrimp on this. You will regret it.

Insulation. The thicker within your budget.

Dont forget airflow. Daylight. Accessability etc.
