    According to SSN, The 'Ammers are lining up John Carew to replace Carlton Cole. Should fellow promotion hoefuls defences feel threatened by this?

    i rate him, id actually prefer him to carlton cole, scores more.

    Still a good finisher and would do well in the Championship. Bit physical as well so a traditonal centre forward that would be the envy of most teams in this league.

    yes, he'll be a massive threat.. but Chester dealt with Carrol ok..
