Me and wor Billy having a short natter on the general chat thread. Got me thinking. Do the common people need to be so advanced in the technology stakes? Lots of pro's and cons.
F*cking he'll Comm as mentioned elsewhere this morning, a sensible thread. Well at the moment anyway. Quick reply. Pro's We wouldn't have these forums without. Cons. We wouldn't have the arguments if Sky sports 4167 camera angles in 46 differing speeds f*cked off from the footy.
Technology is an irreversable thing. It's human nature that we strive for quicker, instant and better. In every day life and sport included we want better. Bought a new car few days ago and i can honestly say its going to take me a long time to know how it all works!

Comm, pm me your phone number & I'll pop down the phone box & give you a call. We still have button A & button B in Stanley.
The only part of technology I like is the PC for communication. Over the past ten years I have had only two, but during that time I have bought a video camera which was super duper at the time, now it is left behind. Similarly a digital camera, mobile phone for wife who gets a new one and I take her old one. Now left with three old phones, a redundant vid camera that is not compatible with current PC programmes, a digital camera that is nowhere near as good as the ones on the smart phones etc. One of the house rules when the family comes visiting is mobile phones off, nowt sinister, I just want to get my own back.
