starting to feel stirrings where I haven't felt stirrings for a while, maybe, just maybe, things are starting to fall into place, the backroom staff look sorted, and I think we have the right man at the right time in l j, sure an average player - but how many great players make great managers- very few.

I'll leave this comment up so people are aware of whom I am aligned to, people are totally fed up and bored with your incessant bickering and rambling on about your rights, the crap you won't take, your stance on Bristol Sports, the way you have fell out with banksy, shiny, me and god knows who else, the way you went over our heads when you couldn't get your own way, I won't go into previous identities and other issues but we are all aware of them, you've told us.

I have advised you on the route to follow if you are not happy with me individually, for god sake do it, the rest of the membership are bored fruitless with your arguing, if you want to try to become a moderator ask the powers that be, do it or shut up, If you wish to discuss your problems with my fellow moderators, do it, deal with it don't keep sniping at me.

If I personally get anymore of this sniping I will delete it, our membership are bored and have had enough.

Let's talk football and Bristol City FC..

I wonder what the odds are on us finishing top 6, I reckon we can do it, but if not top 12 will do me

5000-1 type Leicester-style odds is what we need - I'd better get myself to the bookies before all this positivity fades :)

I wonder what odds the bookies would give for City to win the Prem in the next 5 years, bet it wouldn't be 5000-1..lol Leicester have made the impossible, possible!

Burnley winning it next year are max odds of 2000-1 now so yes Leicester have changed the way of the world.

More lies.. You were born circa 1945.. I know more about you than you might imagine and I can prove it if you like. You shouldn't leave information on the internet thats easily traceable when you are trying to deceive people.

You're a very strange man Lared.

**** me you go on and on and on. JGF even said to you the other week that you have to have the last word.
This thread has been ruined by your ramblings on about Banksy and now Wize picking on you.
I've stayed out of it till now, but mate you've really just got to read back through your threads and even Lared's it's the same monotonous ramblings.
The reason why no ones jumped to your defence is simple, it's because you won't let it go. All you have to do is block Banksy you won't see any of his comments and you can carry on without arguing all the time it's boring. You've been told this before but choose to ignore it.

LJ is unlikely to have a leading role in negotiations, Director of football is the one who does the talking to the players and the negotiations.

LJ will say that he wants players with certain characteristics, scouts will then identify players and build a list of players. LJ will have a bit of an input on who is at the top of the list and the end say if a deal is on. But it's the director of football who will work down the list from the preferred targets downwards until players are signed in those positions.
