    It's not about the money!

    They cashed out once Leicester went clear at the top and it no longer look like a flash in the pan.

    Part of them will be regretting that cash out rather than celebrating a once in a life time achievement!

    I think we will. Quite easily. Prem teams are more competitive spending wise than even most high level European clubs. Almost all existing prem clubs will spend £20m on new players this summer, I guarantee. Just look at stoke's lot, Shaqiri, affelay, bojan. Those are players that wouldn't have looked out of place at LFC. Tv money for the prem dwarfs other club revenue streams and the equality of the distribution between clubs means the league will get even more competitive.
    Didn't Blackburn win it in '96 as well by the way? Is was 7 so don't remember any press hype.

    Yeah,but they had Jack Walker's money and were buying player's like Shearer coming into his prime. That's what makes Leicester's title so
    remarkable.....Mahrez -£400,000 <laugh>

    Blackburn in fairness spent massive money for the period.

    Shearer, Hendry flowers, sherwood, Sutton.

    It's not the same as Leicester.

    Leister did add half a team. Fuchs, Simpson, Huth, Kante, Albrighton, well... Morgan, mathrez, vardy, Morgan, drinkwater, scmicheal all there in championship.

    For instance Sutton cost 5mil in 1994..... equivalent of 20 today min. How much did Leicester team cost?

    Blackburn broke English transfer record for shearer at 3.6mil in 1992.

    So..... Blackburn were a Chelsea back then, then imploded.
