You can't just turn on, turn off a team. Remember the 07 final in Athens when Rafa rested the first team for @ a fortnight or more once we'd cemented 3rd place? This was Swansea, not Exeter in the FA cup. They've not had their best season, but players like Cork, Ayew and Williams are not mugs. Good luck to the Swans though.
Very true, and IF my aunt hads balls she'd be my uncle I was just commenting on Klopp's record in the league this season. Especially against those in the bottom half
Seems to be over his injury problems at the moment, so can imagine host of clubs would be interested. I'd definitely not sell him, we're a far better team with him than without. His goal scoring record speaks for itself.
Exactly. I know Klopp has a certain amount of attraction to players (not in a IBWT kinda way) but the ready made ones want CL. I'm hoping he's got some up and coming names in mind. Probably the likely option with Origi as number one from next season.
In that case he has my permission to piss off. I'm tired of prima donnas who earn plenty and do diddly. We have far too many in the side!
We should have been 5 up and out of sight by HT.....Liverpool were very poor in the first half. A bit better in the second half but once we got the third it was all over..
Origi is good but has no proven himself over a long period of games. We need a quick, young, ambitious player with an eye for goal but can contribute off the ball with good team play and pressing. Any ideas?
Not sure if anyone mentioned it but did anyone else sense that the coutinho goal claim seemed a little.. idk.. odd? I know strikers love goals and all but Sturridge's claim came across as arrogance.
We'll see how Ings get's on to. That's 2 young and hungry strikers for starters. I fully suspect a random name to come in that all the FIFA players will know of and rate very highly as young European elite. I trust Klopps judgement on players tho, so that's a bonus we haven't had for a while!!!
All this stems from when Sturridge was injured IMO. He's still sulking about Klopp's impatience if you ask me. The problem is when he's on his game he's class and he knows we know it and apart from Origi and Ings - both injured - he also knows he's all we've bloody well got.
