Aluko has to play against Derby. He's been as good as anyone in the attack in the last few weeks.

Aluko and Hernandez up front, Diame on the bench.

I shall wait for the final games to be played, then I will go on Wyscout, check out Derby's stats and our own, then post my team after the game has been played, knowing I can't be proved wrong.

I also think SB might play 3 CB's if the first leg is away at Derby. That 4-0 drubbing is still fresh in the mind and whilst I'm sure we'll go there to win the first leg (if so) his priority will be to make sure we're still in the tie coming back to the KCOM.

Yeah, tiresome ain't it? - in response to the usual panty-wetters, armchair managers, closet LFC/Barca fans and new fans on the block types, who demand entertainment and big wins.
Can a club have so many negative ****s who will it to fail?

Agree with this, but before Derby they both need to start against Rotherham.

He certainly 'brought it' for the big game at Bury
Was Wenger there? Maybe it was him setting off smoke bombs?

    Nope.

Edit: But don't worry, Bruce picks the team and he'll play both.

after thinking about it more and reading some of these I think I might have my team to at least try at Rotheram. Clucas has been atrocious recently but decent earlier in the season so tough decision on the left. As others have suggested perhaps Aluko could replace him. At CB it seems stupid not to play our best in Dawson, but I think a partnership with him and Maguire is too slow, so has to be Dawson and Davies. Up front obviously Hernandez starts but then it's either Akpom who can't finish or Diame who can't be asked, I'm still undecided there. In CM it has to be Livermore and one other, I'd go Hayden as he's played exceptionally well recently when given the chance. It really isn't looking great. Places are up for grabs not because everyone is pushing each other, but because everyone is performing terribly.

Unfortunately this isn't Roy of the Rovers or a movie, when Deano scored THAT goal, that was our movie ending!

    I'd like to see:

    McGregor
    Odubajo; Dawson; Maguire; Robertson
    Snodgrass; Livermore; Hayden; Clucas
    Aluko; Hernandez

Davies or Maguire is an equal call. As is Hayden or Meyler.

Bench would also feature Diame, Elmohamady, Akpom and Huddlestone.
