Wow...how good can this one be? Herself and Jer's Girl look very useful, hopefully a good summer on their back and they can continue the progress next season.
Have to agree with Beefy though - I said after Aintree Apples Jade has plenty of scope and can see her going novice chasing next season.
She's running against and smashing 4 year olds. I'd be reigning in the praise until she runs against this years novices.
Just taken 85s on exchanges for PRINCELY CONN, who has course form on this quick ground and seemingly can't stand heavier conditions! Could surprise.
Stupid of me not to have backed Anibale Fly today. I knew 4 starts back when he finished 4th at Leopardstown that they were out for a handicap mark, Barry ended up 4th but did his best to not get near there only for the horse took him there, only a 3 lb rise he got for that and then 2 "below par" runs and onto today
Worst Guineas winner of all time? Air Force Blue and Massaat looked the only Group 1 horses in the race to me beforehand, one of them didnt run his race. Massaat should prove best of the field if AFB has not trained on. Marcel never a miler.
Let's give it time but the runners in behind suggest below average in my opinion. But hey- that's not knocking anyone who backed the winner- he's done it well.
Big thanks to STH, just back from getting a bite and checked the results, lovely job How did Rathnure go lads, decent comeback from being off 2 years?
Thanks gents, although I don't bet big any more, I was a bit bruised with my two or three bets at Punchestown during the week, so this soothed things.............. Have a great time Redcat!
Ran a fair enough race Beefy, they sent it to the front and went clear but tied up badly in the straight. The winner for me was the most impressive bumper winner of the week but your boy will come on a bundle for the run and judged by the market they must like him a lot!
