51 in a couple of weeks, growing old disgracefully, even though my GP advised me a little while ago that I'm not a teenager any more

Have lived in Turkey, Kenya, Tanzania, Saudi, Venezuela - currently in Vietnam and loving it!

I get to see most games live (usually broadcast tv or via a live feed) and can usually catch up seeing the full match within 3-4 days.

What a very interesting topic this is
    Cyprussy.

As a consequence of a sleepless night, it is something of a coincidence that I should read your thread this very morning, which allows me to give the authentic reply: I think I've reached the age of understanding!

Of course, it is the way with wisdom that such a thing is never complete but achieved in stages. Nevertheless, I took a large step last night…

Im 56 and your right syd about the early days and its not untill you get married and get a little older that a bit of sense kicks in.
The sad thing is you start off not been able to walk, talk and pissing in your pants and it looks like at the old end you start doing the same thing lol.
Still my brain still thinks i can pull a 25 year old stunner lol maybe even an old 21 year old jenthesaint lol

Ive been screwed by the government on my pension and if i was 30 year old it would be Canada for me.

I wish my body was still working properly but I must admit the freedom that retirement brings is fantastic. I am waiting for two things, the passing of my mum and the passing of Osca, in no rush for either, then its up sticks for me to enjoy what is left in Cyprus.
