Someone told me last night that Rowett came out last week when Birmingham drew & said they were **** & he expected more, even though they have nothing to play for he still expects a performance because the fans still pay their money! Perhaps SB should say something similar!
It's all well and good SB convincing himself that he needs to rest players ahead of the play offs, but you can cause more injury by then playing players who haven't played for a few games. Yes, we want to avoid injuries to our main play off squad, if he knows who that is yet?, but we should be getting them revved up with momentum and ready to march positively straight into the play off games. At this rate we will turn up and look like a bunch of players who have just met each other!
Marvelous touch at Everton. A minutes applause and He aint heavy he's my brother playing for Hillsborough. Terrific
Pathetic effort from city. Whats gone so wrong ? We have nil chance of beating anyone in the play offs ------ Good point.....if we dont go up the ****ty scheme will flop more. Still had an awesome day... Because i met Ben and spent the game stood with him Brilliant. Allam Out
At this rate we will turn up and look like a bunch of players who have just met each other! Tigress… we've been doing that for approximately 30 games this season...
I just cant get my head around the Rhetoric that seems to come from SB. Why dont we have a more upbeat attitude instead of the constant He looks leggy, Tired, needs a rest approach. Get a ****ing grip
Masterstroke by SB today at Bolton. Derby will have had spies watching this taking notes and making assessments on how to counteract our style of play and what our players can do. Derby have learned **** all about us today in our current form. That was a League Cup team and nothing like what will face them in the play-off games. Todays game and the Rotherham game next week are meaningless, there is a far bigger prize on offer so why would anyone give the advantage to an opponent by playing their strongest hand so that it could be picked apart and analysed ready for the important games. I don't believe that momentum counts for anything as momentum usually stops at some point. What really counts is keeping the squad fit, keeping our tactics and game plan under wraps and keeping Derby guessing. That what we achieved today.
Just as huddlestone starts to make me eat my words he produces a performance like that, bruces after match comments basically describe huddlestones Season to a t. Get the can't be arseders or not good enoughs moved on please Starting with the big earners huddlestone, diame, elmo Then The not good enoughs aluko, Taylor Only snodders, Hayden, McGuire and dawson to make a fist of that
That's all well and good but you still want your squad players vying for a place to come in and play with some passion and commitment if not then their robbing a wage, accepting that performance and glossing it over is basically burying heads in sand. No squad depth I worry for next season squad needs abit of a overhaul especially midfield and attack
Said that performance is why we're not in the top 3, said we do ok for a few games then produce a performance like that, said all the players today played within themselfs and it's not good enough
BAAG…. don't be silly… Derby know everything about Hull City just as every club know about any other. What are Hull City doing differently than at any other stage this season. **** all..!!!.. What they do know is were spineless just as in the two times we've played them this season.
"Oh they've played a reserve team today? Gee, if only we had access to their games over the season. Maybe they won't play 4-4-2 like they have for 40 odd games already, that's really thrown us that has." - Derby apparently. ****'s sake, how stupid do you think Derby are? They know exactly how we play, like Bruce said we know them inside out and they'll know the same about us.
It's hilarious isn't it? Who knows what side we'll play in the playoffs. Probably the same one we usually play.
The names may be the same but who knows what tactical and different strategies we might employ in the play-off games.
Well its a ****ing pity our glorious leader hasn't employed the tricks that you seemingly feel he has up his sleeve in games that would have meant we beat Preston, Rotherham Leeds, Bolton, or was the plan the play offs all along so he could produce his tactical genius on the big stage at Wembley.
Fully agreed. Most our first team have only been around for the best part of a decade. We've only already played 44 league games and however many cup games prior to today, including Derby twice. They're not going to have a ****ing clue about us. We have the element of surprise, it's in the bag already. Well done Brucey, you really ****ed em up there.
What was wrong with his tactics today? Could certain players not taking goalscoring chances be the reason we lost?
