I doubt that very much, I shall watch until Arsenal score their first which will in all probability be in the first 5 minutes.

The thing is KIO we bitch like he'll if we are not playing the World's best teams and when we get the chance realistically we don't stand much chance but it beats an away day at Scunthorpe United.
I doubt the faithful that travelled to Old Trafford expected anything but came away with a famous win.
We are not as good as at least 17 sides in this league but I'm not going to sulk about it .

Big game for both team, I really hope we can stifle them at the start, maybe get a couple of shots in. See if we can turn the crowd earlier than their planned protests. Turn the atmosphere poisonous.

Not happy with any selection choices for this game. I think Klose is still out? Wisdoms out, thankfully. I dunno, from who's available I'd probably go for..

    Ruddy
    Martin
    Bennett
    Bassong
    Olsson
    Redmond
    Howson
    O'Neil
    Brady
    Hoolahan
    M'Bokani

Was just thinking, I like Jarvis work-rate, and Redmond can't defend and his final ball is erratic. Could we put Jarvis on the right, and Redmond behind M'Bok as a floating attacking midfielder? Give him more scope to pick up the ball, and run towards the box. He can hit a shot from distance. Wonder if he could work in that role.

No goals in Sunderland or Newcastle games at HT, would take that after 90+mins TBH

Cabaye misses a Pen for Palace.... :emoticon-0121-angry<doh>

It's like a Leicester fan has written the title race, and an Ipswich fan is writing the relegation race.

I am not generally in to conspiracy theories and accusations of match-fixing etc but Cabaye missing a penalty against his former side is bad enough on it's own, never mind the manager of the team who also recently left the same club and broadcasted in the week how desperate he was to see Newcastle stay up - that smacks of a roll-over.
