..RenÃÆÃâÃâ ââ¬â¢ÃÆââ¬Â âââ‰â¢ÃÆÃââââ¬à ¡ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâé Meulensteen, United coach, apparently revealed on Dutch radio who they were targeting. Haven't been able to verify it yet. But it's supposedly de Gea, Stekelenburg and Neuer. Mixed feelings on these 3. de Gea - very good, but very young and still relatively inexperienced. In his 2nd full season with Athletico, although he did win the Uefa Cup in his first season with the club. Is only 20, so should it be him, providing he's good enough, and bare in mind Eric Steele's comment today that all 3 they're targeting would be able to "fill the job", then he can be someone who covers the position for the next 15 years. Stekelenburg - my one worry about him is he'll be 29 this year. OK some goalkeepers can go on into their late 30's but guys like van der Sar are the exception, not the rule. If we do go for him, and from what I understand, van der Sar has recommended to Fergie that this is who should take over, we could be having the same conversation again in 3 or 4 years time. Neuer - not had a very good season in Germany according to some. He does have plenty of experience though, both at club level and at International. Is possibly at the perfect age at 24. No doubt he's talented, but until I see more of him this season, it'd be unfair to comment. Or do you think it'll be someone like Adler, or Reina?
Liverpool will never sell Reina to Utd. I'd take a risk on the young de Gea though didn't he say he wish to stay in Spain?
I am sorry your wrong. De Gea is far too young and can't play at a club like Utd as he is not ready. Maybe 5 years time. Stekelenburg would be the best option as he is still young and is experienced enough to take over. He is the perfect age
no one is perfect mate, including yourself. But Nolhman was a tool on 606 from what i remember its good 606 lives on here lol
