Dundee United manager Peter "The Pumkin Eater" Houston warns David Woodwillie about joining Rangers or Celtic and say's he could get stabbed

Peter Houston fears David Goodwillie could fall victim to Glasgow's knife culture if he joins Rangers.

    What a load of ****e.

Perhaps if Goodwillie would not go out in the city and keep a low profile, then he wouldn't be in all the bother that he's in with the polis' just now.

Personally, I say we look elsewhere. This is dragging on for too long and £2m is a lot to pay for an SPL player.

I liked how the BBC went with the headline Goodwillie wants move to England and then when you read it, it's basically Houston warning him against Glasgow.

I still think he is worth the £2m and reckon we should snap him up asap.

    Too much baggage Medro.

If he signed, he'd need to be drilled on what to do and what not to do.

To me though, he's still too young and daft.

    And £2m is steep.

A lot of baggage with the fella and I understand Smith would have sorted him out.

Talent wise though, I think he is a great footballer and would be a superb addition to our team.

I'm sure he will go for much higher than £2m in a few years now so I think he's worth the risk.
