Nice post DJ, Lena Headey is absofuckinglutely gorgeous in GOT, and in anything else for that matter.
Now, I'm 19 and she's very attractive. How old are you? Perving on 20 year old girls like Sophie Turner...
I'm only late 20s and I think 20 year olds look about 7. Just watched GoT, I always enjoy it. Is a bit sad though when you remember all the story lines from the books that'll never be seen on TV.
I think this will happen too. She'll need to as he's the real Azor Ahai, not Stanis, and his real mother is Lyanna Stark and is father is Prince Rhaegar Targaryen. So he's not Ned Starks bastard but his nephew and would be heir to the Iron Throne was he not in the Watch....
With or without her necklace? With, well OK. Without her necklace, either you need therapy or you are the same age as Dr Stan.
You lot are vanilla. Wildlings must be too much for you to handle. That's the only explanation I can think why there's no shout outs for Ygritte. Osha might as well get it anarl. And if you survive that, it's time for a bit of Ironborn. Yara would milk you dry. You just know she's filth. Also looking forward to the return of Meera this series.
How would he be heir to the Iron Throne? I think he's Rhaegar's son through Lyanna as well but Rhaegar was married to Elia Martell, not Lyanna. If the theory is correct, he's Rhaegar's and Lyanna's son but not a true born son. He'd be a bastard still.
Well the theory goes, not mine (I'm not that clever) but I like the idea, is that, according to Jon Connington, Rhaegar's wife Elia was believed infertile after two difficult pregnancies. Daenerys visions in the House of the Undying include an image of Rhaegar with his newborn son Aegon, proclaiming that "there must be a third" because "the dragon has three heads". So Rhaegar could have attempted to fulfill the prophecy by having a third child with another woman. Given that Aegon the Conqueror himself had two wives, it is possible be married Lyanna in secrete to fulfill the prophesy. At the end of Robert's Rebellion, Eddard finds three of the Kingsguard at the Tower of Joy: The reasons for their presence are unknown, but defending the unborn son of the Heir Apparent (rather that a bastard) would be a good reason to have been posted. Eddard made his sister an unknown promise just before she died.
Aegon would be the first in line, Jon second and Danaerys third in line............though there is also some (not so obvious and a bit tenuous) fan fiction that suggests that Tyrion could actually also be a bastard born Targaryen fathered by Aerys
All guesswork in't it? There's only one person who decides and he hasnt written it yet. Edit - actually the tv show makers could decide something different on this theme but it would be a massive departure.
very much so, on all counts! The Jon being Rhaegar and Lyanna's son has just so much going for it for it not to be true, it'll be a bigger shock if he isn't. Edit - A big part of 'proving' this though will require Howland Reed, as the only person to bear witness to the promise that Eddard made Lyanna. Someone who is yet to appear in book or tv
Agreed with this too. Actually Aegon hasn't even appeared in the TV show yet never mind Howland Reed. Not even sure he was now as they seem to be stream lining the plot paths. Killing off Stanis for instance. Jojen Reed is with Bran and apparently Howland will appear in this Series at least in flash back....
Has Aegon not rocked up in the tv series? Personally, I think Jon will end up being confirmed as a Targaryen, but will stay at the wall once all the fighting is finished, Dany will help reclaim the throne for the Targs but will then go back to Slaver's bay as that's where her 'children' are and she'll end up seeing it as home and Aegon will take the crown.
