You might be 2 goals behind but 99% are straight from your keeper and the other 1% penalties. HOOF

Alli deserves a ban for it, but I'd like to see the context of the situation too, so we can all know what it was about.
Yacob's not even that close to him when he goes for him and it seems rather odd that he'd randomly hit someone.
A few seconds before the incident itself and we might learn why he was so steamed up.
It's not like Yacob to stay on his feet, so I suspect that something happened before that.

Yacob's a wind-up merchant and we all know what to expect from him, but Alli should already know better than that.
He'll have had it before and he'll definitely have it again, so allowing himself to be completely distracted like that isn't good enough.
"I’ve not seen it" - Tony Pulis.

Yeah but he's old and that cap gets in the way. Pochettino's young and just lying.

Just seen an extended clip and Alli completely overreacts:

Yacob randomly runs into him off the ball to wind him up and he was probably doing it all night, but that's a **** reason to react like that.
We all know what Pulis sides will do, so surely the players are prepared for this crap?

Thanks for reminding me about Hazard. I was so numb after that game I clean forgot but it's cheered me up!

There's been a lot of talk in the media about it showing how we need more options, particularly in attack. Whilst it's certainly the case that we need back up to Kane, last night wasn't really any evidence of a lack of attacking threat. We created a good number of chances, the ball just didn't want to go in. It happens. It's still the same side that had won 10 of the last 14 prior to the game, scoring 30 and conceding 8. I've banged on about the need to win the fine margins more often but I think we're there abouts anyway. Fill in a couple of squad gaps with some quality to lessen the impact of CL football, start next season quicker and there's no reason we can't be competing at the top again next season.

    Hugo says:

It's been a long time since the players have felt like this...
    Hugo:
"There are no words to describe the feeling. It’s strange because we had a very good first half, high intensity, we took some risks but we created a lot of chances and were unlucky because we hit the post and the crossbar. In the second half, things turned a bit. We should have done a bit more in terms of aggression in front of goal, but listen, we are men and we need to finish as strong as possible."

We'd won 10 of 13 coming into this, it's been a brilliant run and we can't lose sight of that...
Hugo: "We’re having a great season and that’s why we need to carry on and finish as strong as possible in the last three games. Of course there is a lot of disappointment because in the last two, three months we started to believe, the fans started to believe as well. I don’t take it like we failed because of the way we play and we were five points, eight points, sometimes 10 points behind, it’s difficult to manage that.

"Now it’s a question of pride and to finish strong. The next game is a big game at Chelsea and we need to enjoy it. We need to show we are strong and we need to finish the job. We are still a young squad and there is a lot of positives this season. There is no reason why we can’t have a bright future, we just need to have the same mentality, and football is football."

Everyone was so down at the final whistle but a few moments later, the fans were giving how all a chorus of 'we love you Tottenham...' How much did that mean to the players?
Hugo: "Inside the changing room we have a lot of respect for our fans. They are brilliant. They are doing great for us. They always back us and they will do it until the end because they love Tottenham. From the beginning of the season the players have showed a lot of respect for the jersey and even today, we tried our best, but a lot of things went against us. We just carry on and keep our heads high, because we’re doing great."

Brian, the point I was making was that I couldn't knock someone for something I've done myself, it's called being a hypocrite and the PFA player of the season, Mahrez, would not have received that award had he been in a team that plays hoof ball as he isn't that type of player..... Look at most of his goals ffs and if you know anything about football you would know it !
I actually think you boys have played brilliantly for the majority of this season but I don't get the bitterness by some on here and ur mate Yiddo Kev acts like a petulant spoilt school boy that has had his toys taken off him..... in total denial !

I'm sorry, but whatever you think about Leicester's football, this simply isn't true.
Jay-Jay Okocha played for the most archetypal Premier League team ever: Sam Allardyce's Bolton.

I've just taken a look at Baggies record at WHL and it's quite impressive.

Fod goodness sake stop all the bitterness.

I have to say that equaliser was coming all second half. The most impressive thing last night was the crowd. A song for most of the players, loud renditions of Pochettino we want you to stay and the whole stadium chanting we love you Tottenham immediately after the final whistle

They really don't. It's easy to find criticism for your style from across a wide variety of sides.
That's not to say that it's accurate, but to deny that it exists is just pointless and false.
Quick example? "**** Leicester, hoofball ****s." - Stony, Bluemoon forum.

Most Spurs fans completely accept that you are where you deserve to be and you're going to win the league on merit.
Virtually any criticism of Leicester has been treated as some sort of heresy this season though, for some reason.
Huth elbows people a lot and is a dirty player? Bitter! Lies! He's a saint! Ignore all the times he did it for Chelsea and Stoke.
Vardy dived and deserved a ban for calling the ref a ****ing ****? It's a conspiracy! Nobody else gets banned!
Ranieri uses quite Italian tactics and plays on the counter? Hogwash! It's just like watching Brazil!

Why are we not allowed to give Leicester credit for the good things without having to say that it's all good things?
It seems utterly ridiculous to me, just as the apparent role of Spurs as a villain this season, for actually trying to win the title.

I thought that the 1882 group were evident throughout the night, but the crowd's nerves after our bright start bled into the team a bit.
I might be misreading it and it could well be the other way around, though.

Exactly right. Most of us pay full tribute to what Leicester have achieved. But we just keep it real, not a fairy story

It was. The mood changed only after a poor start to the second half. During the first half it was dizzying how many of the players that were singled out for praise
