I'll be glad to see him grab a PL medal to be honest. Should have been given more of a chance with Chelsea to be honest. We got Mourinho on the back of Ranieiri's sacking so i cant complain too much, but still.....will be nice to see the Tinkerman get a PL medal. And Huth get his 3rd PL winner's medal.
In fairness it didn't take Proud long to get on board 'the train' ...fair play to him ... he was a huge fan of Nigel Pearson, so that he had doubts about a successor were understandable .... as well documented, I was actually impressed with Ranieri's CV and comments made on your board from your fans also gave reasons for optimism about his appointment ... Have to say my initial faith was a little undermined by the announcement of our opening day line-up against Sunderland ... but not only did we blow them away on the day, I was most impressed by Ranieri's timing and selection of substitutes during the game ... that in-game management has proven crucial over the whole season ... Nothing is decided yet ... but there is every hope that this amazing 'team' under this very special (humble and charming) manager can see it out ... and the funny thing is that I want it now as much for the manager as for me and my football team ... Forza Claudio!!!!
Grant should have been given another season also . Chelsea had a super season when he took over for Mourinho , never lost a home game when he was in charge if I remember correctly. Also , forums are just opinions .iIt's easy to be hindsightical about an opinion before a manager or player comes in .....a lot harder to admit you were wrong about that opinion , I wish I could admit I was wrong as easy as Proud Fox .
