    It is not so much Wilshere kicking an opponent, he does, but it is his total demeanour, both on and off the field. If Arsenal are to get anywhere near European greatness they need to get rid of odious little squirts like Wilshere.

    I did say that there was every chance that Spurs would have nothing to play for when we take them on. Effectively Leicester have three shots at winning the title before we play Spurs (albeit one of those is not in Leicester's hands). Spurs were never winning six out of six, regardless of Leicester.

    City with one eye on Real Madrid. A depressed Spurs. Palace with both eyes on the cup final. Maybe I'm clutching at straws, but you never know.

    Football is littered with terrible personalities. But you have to play your best players IMO.

    Regardless, you're being ridiculously harsh on Alli, who seems like a good kid (even tonight wasn't that bad. It's extremely easy to get wound up against Pulis horrendous game-ruining tactics)

    City need two eyes on Real Madrid. Could they get second in the PL if they win all their remaining games and Spurs feel sorry for themselves?

    If you read my posts, Os I haven't been to harsh on Alli at all. I have not said he should not be picked. My criticism has been for Jack Wilshere who IMO is a very, very average player and nowhere near a good enough player for England. Besides he is unfit!! I would find it very difficult cheering for England with Wilshere in the team which is a shame as there are some dedicated players such as Kane, Barkley, Rose, Hart, Henderson and Lallana (head and shoulders above JW as a player and person)

    I know Gary Neville always took a lot of the attention on MNF, but Carragher is very good.

    In the exciting first half I was listening to the radio on BBC 5 Live. In my head Spurs were playing left to right. It came as a bit of shock to find they were playing left to right in the 2nd half too when I found a stream to watch. ;)
