Well I've had a glutinous weekend..

Friday night went for a curry. Lamb balti. Mixed kebab starter and a naan bread ..

Saturday went to one of those street food bbq places and had a brontosaurus rib, burnt end beans, slaw and pulled pork fries.

Sunday tried papa Johns pizza. Wasn't as stodgy as dominoes. Though still prefer dominoes really.

The balti wasn't as spicy as I would have liked.

The brontosaurus rib was tremendous. Burnt end beans were lovely too.

The obvious seemed so strange, but why not add pulled pork to fries? Or anything Really.

Every heard of Cheesy Fries? Groundbreaking stuff.

I've noticed a few places adding more **** to fries recently tbh. I saw bacon fries in Wetherspoons iirc.

Oh ****, is this going to end up a regional argument again?

Because, to me, that is doner meat and chips.

It's not pulled pork and fries.

It's the fries mixed up with the meat in gooey bbq sauce. Lush.

For dinner this evening I've had Thai laab, prawn stir fry and a weird Thai chicken soup. Was good.

Well I just had a Malaysian beef curry, left over from Saturday night, with a jacket spud.

Went to the gym earlier, first time in a fortnight. Did a nice weights session and then managed half hour on the treadmill, which is good for me as I get bored of it.

I was helped along by London Calling, which I hadn't played for ages and had forgotten how good it was.

Sign O' the Times during weights, an ode to the master.

It's what I'm having at lunch with a pint. It's on the starter menu at the Broken Cross. Pulled pork (with barbecue sauce) and chips - £1.99 <ok>
