Yeah... Books make that more obvious than tv because keeps mentioning how much he looks like his little sister (who they mention looks like her aunt that was boinked by the Targarian king.) So... He looks like a woman who was sleeping with a Targy... And Ed's last words with his sister was promising to look after someone... Hmmmm
True, true. Other people are able to glamor a little bit as well by using objects and associations but not as much as her

Spoiler: spolier got the red woman is a really really old goblin witch?, im sure she will have something to do with snows resurrection, ill have to watch the last few of season 5 again cos the last time i remember seeing dragon queen was when they flew her out of the stadium when she was attacked, how she came into the dothraki hands i dont know?
Spoiler: spoilery Melisandre is a witch or hag yeah and at least 400 years old or centuries old according to comments by the actress and various creatives involved with the show so very very old, and apparently immortal apart from against presumably different types of magic. Dunno how ageing works when you get up into those numbers !! With Daenerys they flew so far and so long after that that her dragon just kind of gave up tired, hungry and annoyed on a cliff somewhere, she went wandering on foot and got picked up by the tribe. Dragon will presumably reappear at a later date
Maybe that woman in Wales was making a political statement, like the Buddhist monk in that famous photo Wonder what kind of political statement she'd want to make in Wales though. Maybe somebody off this forum took her sheep ?!
Spoiler: Spoiled brat of spoilers I think there is a prior resurrection in the show but it was not the red witch. There was a character only seen briefly way back in time in season 3 when cubby girl stark and the hound were on the run.. that was a lord of light thing. Thus there may be a resurrection as its been done before. Some lad called be rich with an eye patch. Blondies man friends rode their horses up to where she was taken so I don't think the dragon flew a long way. It had Spears in it so I expect it went to heal. She's been taken and marched off on a long March by the horsey set Thus.... won't get raped apparently but is not going back to Meereen. I also heard who attacks Meereen btw. In books you understand, Martin said what it would be as he's never not giving **** away.
Spoiler!!!!! Don't read if you haven't seen the latest episode. The gorgeous Mel could be this. http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Shiera_Seastar
George r. R. Martin is 67. Very little chance he will complete the series. The last book will probably be half-written.
Spoiler: Spiller of spoilers for those really wanting to see about jon snow Spoiler: The other guy who was resurrected The Deaths of Dondarrion Beric Dondarrion has died several times, only to be revived by Thoros of Myr's prayers to the Lord of Light: Impaled through the chest with a lance, by Ser Gregor Clegane, "The Mountain That Rides", during the Battle at the Mummer's Ford. Knifed in the belly. Shot in the back with an arrow. An axe driven into his side. Captured by Lannister soldiers, they executed him for treason - but unable to decide whether to hang him or stick a dagger through his eye, they just did both. Cleaved through the torso by a sword-stroke from Sandor Clegane, "The Hound", during a trial by combat. Dondarrion does not perfectly recover from each of these physical injuries, but instead carries severe scars from each wound, notably the remaining mark around his neck from when he was hanged. Particularly, his missing right eye did not grow back. Moreover, according to Dondarrion being resurrected carries a heavy toll, chipping away at him and losing large pieces of his memory each time he's brought back.[6] Later, Beric reminisces on the times he has been killed with Thoros and Arya. Arya briefly asks if Thoros can revive a man with no head, clearly referring to her father, but Beric merely compliments Eddard's honourable nature and tells her of the side effect of his resurrection: with each revival, he loses some of his memories and is less himself, a life he would not wish on Eddard. The group is later encountered by Melisandre, who seeks out Gendry. Melisandre briefly examines Beric and is clearly astonished at how Thoros has been able to revive him so many times. Against Arya's wishes, Beric sells Gendry to Melisandre for gold, a decision that later leads Arya to abandon them The red witch will therefore do this reassure toon but she must regain faith to do so
