Be show 6 before it really gets going. I reckon there are a lot of things like jamie lannister, snow, sandals and blonde that have to move about to really get the big moments.. Ok yes there has to be big moments but the trailers show a giant battle with horse so that suggests a scene that's in books but has not come up is coming in the middle of this series. I expect to be seeing castle black, blondie on a long walk etc etc plus burying the pointless lannister girl.

The battle in the TV series trailer is the Bolton army vs Wildlings from what I could see. Haven't read the book so no idea if its in there or not.
Could be a battle between lannisters and rebels or could be battle for winter fell. I expect both to occur. There's a seige that hasn't occurred from books that Jamie should be at but is sailing home with the dead child in trialer. Then snow should have wildlings and salsa should rally the starks that left rob way back for the battle of winterfell.
Salsa One of the most interesting thing about the trailers to me was the guy who was wearing a Targaryen breast plate kicking people's arse. Who the **** is he and why would someone have Targaryen breast plate? Guessing you'll have more of an idea as you've read the books?

Martin is a ****e author, books are trash. Wouldn't waste valuable hours reading them. Show is trash too really but I'll watch as it's amongst the best of the many striations of trash on the box
Watched last episode of last season GoT with the shame walk ... what I most want to see is Cersei **** some serious **** up on those knob head puritanical idiot religious zealots and all the ****s in kings landing with her zombie knight and everything

Nobody stayed up ?! Disappointing. That was a decent but ultimately unsatisfying opening episode with some entertaining moments but this thing really moves inch by inch only. What you were expecting really with a couple of neat little 'reveals' but no significant advances, so both a good and a bad thing. It's a show whose seasons are designed to be consumed all in one sitting, watch it one episode at a time and it's frustrating. Almost at times like the stories are sabotaging themselves Spoiler: Should be spoiler (NB. a certain major fire in Meereen in this episode to drag this **** out more than necessary. You know the drill anyways, all the big stuff will happen in the last episodes meanwhile it's a big cock-tease
Got round to watching Watchmen, great film visually stunning and a clever story. I'd read the comic so was aware that it wasn't a traditional superhero film.
I'd not say that.... there was one or two important moments there without question. Spoiler: Spoiler do not open unless you saw got is blondie not getting "cock in ass" not an important development. Is Sansa meeting the heifer and in effect completing her escape not important. This starts her bid now. Is the dorn stabby stabby not important? Finally.... we get the cubby kid suffering, queening getting slapped about, and my favorite can I have some mutton.....
