Over the years, I have spotted various trends in journalism. These include : 1. Taking an ever increasing role in creating the news, rather than just explaining news that just existed on its own 2. Obsessions with / fads about various particular topics, eg rottweillers, underage sex, racism, evil dictators, MP's expenses Bearing such trends in mind, the recent spate of reported celebrity deaths, has got me wondering, are journalists actually murdering celebrities, for the sake of the news ? What do you think ?
My God, what a brilliant scenario. I bet this would make a fairly decent film starring the likes of Jake Gyllanhall.
They're not exactly going to lauch air strikes on the west end are they ? Got to be subtle. I'd say taking Prince AND Wogan out in the same quarter, is pretty bloody audatious anyway.
It's not really necessary when you can reuse some old ones. Terry Nutkins's death is currently trending on Twitter - even though he died 4 years ago.
PJS. Can you imagine how great that would be. They'd have to get Richard Clayderman in, at the funeral. He lived his life with a candle up his arse
