I'm off to the Euros for 5 days as I can't stand the speculation of who Wenger will or won't sign in the summer - but I will know who we missed out on when they become great and then AW will say he could have bought them in 2016 for £5+1 but the seller wanted a £10 and AW thought it was too much !

 

He'll buy another goalkeeper and leave it at that probably

 

He does like to make a tit out of himself by claiming to have been the first person to spot a player but not actually sign him. He said he knew about Ronaldo long before United signed him. Well you should have bought him you daft old twat!

 

You could make a world beating side out of players that Whinger spotted, but didn't sign!...

 

I found this article about Wenger and Ronaldo (maybe I was harsh on the old fella).

The last 3 paragraphs (starting "Meanwhile Wenger is adamant...") made me laugh. They might make the Gooners cry!

Luvvy agreed to amend the rules to let posters choose from a range of avatars. At one point - when he thought he could win this bet - Pixie was talking about me having an avatar of Sol Campbell lifting the title with Arsenal. Clearly, at that point in time, Pixie had no qualms about "changes to rules."

I do hope that Pixie is not going to bottle this.

 

All sorts of avatars were suggested and I think people clearly forgot the rules, but they are stated quite clearly in the OP. A pic of Glenn Hoddle or Tony Adams of Luvvy's choice. If they were going to be amened, photoshopped or have text or other alterations added, then that should also have been stated. I'm afraid that you can't change the rules as I would hate for you to render this bet null and void

I haven't been sweating since we cut your 7 point lead over us to nothing. I knew we were by far the better side this season and that we would finish above you. We've been threatening to do that for several seasons, now. That this day has arrived is no huge surprise to me.

I'm not bottling anything, simply sticking to the rules. I think we all know the definition of bottling it was you blubbing 'I will not give up my avatar'. If you're claiming I'm bottling it then I might as well claim the same thing.
