Who owns Elland road?

I don't want to be nosy, but does anyone know?

It's just I've heard it said so many times over the years and I just find it a bit odd no one knows.

The deeds to ER are owned by Teak commercial limited and Jacob Adler, Bates had connections to Teak a while back, and he was the one who sold ER.

 

Are you sure about that? Think Adler has the title deeds as an individual.... But I wasn't there when it happened.

The name on the deeds is Adlers.
You can check with the land registery if you want.

I suspect he aquired the deeds in a creditor agreement.

Actually a great point. Funny thing is if Cellino buys it, he owns it. We still don't. I'd personally far rather see the 17m it would cost to buy Elland road spent on squad strengthening. Wouldn't be a great time to buy it either. She's starting to look her age so maybe better to leaving a renovating job to the current owner

Nobody really knows ...but currently on ebay with a reserve of 99p. No bidders yet but fingers crossed.
