Precisely. So why do lunatic councils do these things?

My local pub had a visit from the police telling him to take down an English flag during the last World Cup as it may offend our "guests" (his words not mine). Landlord asked why the sight of the flag of a country someone had chosen to live in would upset them. Also, was he asking the local Italian, Greek and Turkish restaurants to remove their national flags. He could always ask a couple of them because they came in the pub despite the presence of the flag. An old customer put it more succinctly, he asked him if he didn't have anything useful to do like clearing up the many unsolved crimes in the area. Exit irate Inspector informing landlord he would be watching the pub for any slight infringement of licensing laws especially regarding closing times.
Landlord's response was to employ someone to paint Union Jacks on the metal covers to the cellar at the front of the pub.

 

I don't want an all white population. Multiculturism is another matter. Fit in with the country you have chosen to live in. Feel the same way about Brits who choose to live abroad in British enclaves with British pubs, fish and chips and don't adapt to the way of life there. What they want is a cheaper Britain in the sun.

You appear to get rather hysterical and over react about these things.
