2016, the year DEATH came for all the famous people. If I was famous I would be getting the **** out of the limelight and become a normal person. Its more of a headline to say ....(insert name of alive famous person) Hasn`t Died!!!!!!!!! I fear for the circulation figures for Hello! magazine next year. There will be no ****er left to photograph!!!
He became a Jehovah's Witness, ****ed both his hips up from wearing healed boots on stage, than refused a double hip replacement because of religion and disabled himself. He changed his name to a symbol and sued You Tube for playing his music. Yeah, he was pretty ****ed up. Look at all the big American music artists of the time like Jacko & Madonna. All completely crazy and with more money than they could spend.
There was a rumour about a week or two ago he had AIDs. Then it was announced he was in hospital with flu. Then he's dead. You can see how people are stringing that together. This drug rumour might just prove he was never ill, and has simply been battling an addiction which led to medical emergencies which his publicists just had to deal with. **** knows. Not a massive fan myself, but again you can he has influenced a lot of artists and music in general. He once tried to attack Sinead O'Connor supposedly. He of course wrote Nothing Compare to U. Her take on things: "I did meet him a couple of times. We didn't get on at all. In fact we had a punch-up. "He summoned me to his house after 'Nothing Compares'. I made it without him. I'd never met him. He summoned me to his house - and it's foolish to do this to an Irish woman - he said he didn't like me saying bad words in interviews. So I told him to f*** off." Sinead revealed the row became physical. "He got quite violent. I had to escape out of his house at 5 in the morning. He packed a bigger punch than mine. He was a bit of a crazy bastard. All that Jehovah stuff, the refusal of surgery. The rumour about AIDs was crazy too saying he has been taking medication to keep it all in check and stopped because some religious nut persuaded him he'd been cured. Sounds far fetched but so does most of his life.
I'm looking forward to his autopsy documentary. Bet prescription drugs played a part too. Refusing surgery and living in agony he'll have been a cocktail of pain releif drugs.
She had been summoned to discuss her potty mouth. You know when you simply summon people and they come, you have power. In a very tenuous link... Purple Raven will win the first race at Donny tomorrow, get on now at 3/1
Not bad thanks. Work is manic as is life but you just get on with it and knuckle down. Looking forward to the summer big time.
Listening to his stuff now, a lot I grew up on. My first album purchase was the Batman Soundtrack by Prince, so double-nerding that one. But I went from Purple Rain to Diamonds & Pearls into the whole Symbol thing, right up to the point I stopped - The Black Album. He got to 57, never aged, probably lived several lifetimes in those 57 years and I don't think he'd regret many of 'em. No need to mourn, the ageless thing was odd - more than his comment of "age is a state of mind" I think. He said some contradictory things - said he didn't build a prison around himself, didn't consider himself a superstar, yet holed up at Paisley Park and was a huge prima donna. Passing can make people forget the reality; a glorious musician, but no angel I'd imagine. Dude was almost certainly gay, for starters. Each to their own, but I suspect stories like that will appear from here.
There's a Shaka Cahn No way he was gay like. He was a proper perv for the birds. I could believe he was bi-sexual like but he 100% fancied women.
He said that time was in the mind, I imagine he felt he "transcended" sexuality. Take that as you will, but I imagine his bread was buttered on both sides at least.
Oh I reckon he'd shag males or females.... Dogs! I reckon he'd **** anything. Complete sexual deviant.
