Decent performance today, but two sloppy goals conceded, we need to do better than in the play-offs, we could have scored five in the first ten minutes. Bamba should have been sent off, but the ref bottled it.
It was really loud, I was outside the West Stand entrance having a cig, so I had no idea what had started the booing (though I obviously assumed it was membership scheme related).
Have to disagree OLM…it was slightly better and thats all… !!!… in between the first 10 and first half injury time was poor.. and the second half passed by without anything to inspire the crowd. We are carrying too many who couldn't give a ****.. Maloney, Diame and even Livermore for me.. (its my opinion). Interesting interview with Curtis on RH. He figures, if we had gone for it we could have scored 4 or 5. What does that tell you..!? I know one thing, without Hernandez we'd be battling at the bottom of the table.
****ing frustrating. Plenty of positives from that performance but you just come out on a downer. Time and again we go a goal up, totally boss the game and we start playing like we're 2 or 3 goals to the good. Just kill the game off ffs. Most the time we get away with it, today we didn't.
Burnsy said it came up on the large screens as an advertisement ... This was at HT .. To be fair to Burns today he mentioned it loads of times how shoddily he feels the fans have been treated.
Good performance. Couple of sloppy goals to concede but we looked better all over the pitch pre-subs. The booing for the membership scheme was really well done! Announcer couldn't even hear himself and every word was drown out - booing even continued through the advertising of Brentford tickets. Same again Tuesday!
