I thought you were identifying with the campaign formerly led by James Grieve (rip) who was attempting to restore the use of the Robin. That is one of their signatures.

A serious consideration could have been Bristol Sport asking fans if they would have liked to see the Robin featured on a shirt, forty years on from 76. That would give Bristol Sport a hook to market. What they are doing is re-branding. There is absolutely no need for Bristol Sport to be as high profile.

City fans were not invited to design last years shirts. Bristol Sport also did not use the body the fc set up as a consultation tool i.e FAN.

I can remember certain fans from the 'fans parliament' being told to keep quiet about shirt designs that they were invited to comment on?

Maybe it was the year before?

Are you saying they weren't involved in the actual design process?

Are you saying they weren't involved in the actual design process? Yes.

This season according to Miles Hendy head of FAN and deputy Chairman of the SC&T Bristol Sport did not allow this consultative group a glimpse. If Bristol Sport are not going to use these fans bodies to consult on what is re-branding they have no point.

Any numpty with half a brain would have guessed that their ideas would be unpopular.

Involvement has been minimal as Adidas do not provide flexibility - basic generic template and that is it.

The same should not be the occurring with BS. They are a in house supplier. A partner / service provider for BCFC. They provide infra structure and have expertise in hotels - Their imagery looks like the type of thing you WOULD see around a hotel chain. Flexibility was supposed to be one of BS's pros of being a supplier.
