...should we fail to win it Sky it will be a huge disappointment because it is in our hands ... but we haven't somehow become a bad team because of last Sunday's result. ... yes the pressure is on but no more so than this time last season ... if we do fall short I'll console myself with the thought of CL group stage football next season .. and several commiseration blow jobs from the missus....

 

I only just watched MOTD last night and watching that little **** cry was embarrassing. I wonder if the ref gave the softest penalty ever because he saw this horrid little lad bawl his eyes out?

 

Whatever happens you've had an amazing season, that is 100% a done deal.

But - there is the small issue of, if you lose the title from (10 point lead iirc) then that'll also go down in history as one of the biggest bottle jobs in recent times

I'm sorry, but there's not sympathy from me. Does that blubbing lad really think Leicester deserve to win the league? We all love a fairytale, but few of us love a freak. Enough is enough, now. Leave stuff like "winning the title" to us big boys, eh.

 

Leicester will no doubt secure the title.

I can only imagine the meltdown on Fossy's board next season when teams realise that Leicester just hoof the ball up to Vardy hoping for a goal or a penalty, and this poor tactic is nullified by teams. I can see Leicester 'doing a Chelsea' next season, even possibly surpassing Chelsea's terrible title defence.

I would say Leicester could be the first PL team to win the title and get relegated the following season - but I don't want to tempt fate for the poor buggers. They'll have enough struggles to deal with next season without me sticking my nose in.

 

I said exactly the same thing on my "Leicester Spiral Watch" thread, Sky. Fox fans will tell you that it won't matter because "at least we won the league!" but what's the point in winning the league if you're going to end up like Hull or Walsall? It's like having one really good shag, and then spending the rest of your life ****ing because you never get another sniff at flange. A bit like Arsenal, only much worse.
