http://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/sport/kane-slams-disgraceful-video-hoax-6t0smqgn5 Interestingly theses tweeters now have a catchphrase for anyone who disagrees with their Cellino out policy, they're referred to as flat earthers. Latest stunt is a type of bullying campaign which they refer to as a bit of fun. Their campaign will likely only divide the Leeds support further sadly
Again though, it beggars belief that a footballer can utter the words time to go Cellino without asking more questions. They were approached by a Leeds supporter, embarrassing for those players for being thick. They say no publicity is bad publicity, whoever was behind this act has managed to achieve plenty of Massimo out attention. I would have said hats off to them IF they hadn't used a dying child as the excuse.
Using the lie of a dying child confirms whoever was behind this is one of the lowest forms of humanity possible. Using something so precious as a child's life to score points over something as utterly irrelevant as football is sick. And of course some footballers are dumb. They're human. In this case, I see only bad publicity
As is evidenced on this forum everyday. Not every Leeds fan is an intellectual heavyweight. Don't know anything about this stunt or who did it but we could all sniff out supporters who perhaps don't think things through without us having to look too hard. Talking about being thick a number of you seemed to think the video was genuine when it was obviously some sort of scam. Those who didn't think it real didn't comment until facts came out.
And some didnt see it at all until the facts came out. Why did the culprits have to resort to trickery to get a footballer to publicly say Cellino out. If its such a great cause, why dont they get some of our ex greats to cobble together a video, ex players like Jones, Batty, Martyn, Hunter etc. Guess why, none would go a million miles near such adolescent rubbish. The culprits behind this stunt of course hide behind their online pen names or whatever
Whoah there..... 1. There are many ex players who have voiced their concerns over Cellino. Including three of the four you mention. 2. Nobody is invisible even with a pen name. Their identities will come out one way or another. It might even be the work of a 12 year old who doesn't understand the consequences of their actions. I want Cellino gone so am furious that this dickhead has done this and garnered Cellino some sympathy, the cause is weakened because of it. Whether it's a great cause or not is a matter of opinion, and it. Is splitting the fan base to an unknown degree, my guess would be that about a third of supporters want Cellino out. What's not up for debate is how wrong this stunt was no matter what mitigation there is.
And in the Daily Star or is that a paper http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/510111/Leeds-players-wages
You see how wrong the stunt is but unfortunately some are still trying to side step condemning it. They are not helping the cause of the Cellino out or the lot trying to buy us if they are different organisations of course
From what I understand the TTGM group are not the same people as those involved in LSU. Although LSUs wish to buy the club would be easier to achieve is Massivego was going....
Chris Wood on 17,000 quid a week, which nutter recommended that amount, every goal he's scored so far is bloody expensive.
I strongly suspect there's a silent and invisible organisation behind these protests, to use a dying kid to get some PL players to say "time to go Massimo" is sick beyond belief; no sane Leeds fan, for or against Cellino would stoop to those levels of insanity and disgust. Hopefully, those other Leeds fans who protested will recognise the low level tactics some will go too to get what they want and pull out of future protests.
According to the lying, gun running, tax avoiding, sexist, egotistical, disrespectful lunatic **** it was his ownership that ensured caligari survived and were in a position to achieve this. " left them in a better position than he found them". I actually think HE believes it!
Disagree.. It's enough to distance yourself from the lunatic person or persons that did this. Cellino is still the same problem he always was and IMO no need to stop protests or campaigns just don't involve Fecking stupid and offensive stunts like this.....
Was that before or after he got the mayor involved with a conspiracy to defraud the people of Caligari?
The fans that used to watch them before Cellino ran them into the ground were there and had them playing home games in Sardinia were. Were you? Never mind, it's one of the upcoming court cases in Italy, you will be able to read all about it. But just to tide you over Google Cellino gun running, read the articles. That's what we are dealing with here!
