    Curve ball....

How about for the Rotherham game encouraging everyone to show some solidarity with West Upper?
Why not buy / exchange a ticket and try and pack the entire West Upper Tier.
Be as vociferous as possible up there, lift the roof of the stadium.

On Point 4: in my view, there has to be some visible protest for the last 2 league games (Leeds is too soon to get organised realistically). Whether it be printing and lobbing a load of the membership brochures onto the pitch (as opposed to a pitch invasion), a symbolic walk-out, or alternatively a sit-in at the end of the Rotherham game, or any other idea I don't know, but to me this proposal as it stands is potentially even more damaging to the club than the name change.

You could have a fancy dress day, everyone going as OAP's or Kids singing were not coming anymore.

Banners INSIDE THE GROUND like the name change, could be difficult with time and the stewards. As an alternative fans wearing shirts with one large letter on, when arranged in line spelling out a slogan. If shirts are too long to produce or cost prohibative large A3 paper sheets same idea one letter on each.

We haven't got long to get things done before the Rotherham game. I like the idea of solidarity with the Upper West. We also need an organising meeting to take the campaign forward. I don't know if the Trust would be prepared to do this, but sometime next week would be best given how little time we have.

Another idea half-floated on CI is to boycott the home play-off game if we don't get automatic promotion.

Boycotting the home play off game would be more poorly supported than the Leeds pie protest.

So we're going to have a full house tomorrow. TWS will have sold out their allocation. We are chasing promotion, still got a possibility of automatic promotion and are playing a Yorkshire rival?

This is bloody difficult to organise whatever
Surely any meaningful protest would realistically need support from the Trust? I say that purely because they at least have a ready made communication channel to many fans. The worst thing, I think, would be to call for action and it not be well supported

I do like the idea of a mass move to West Upper...but unfortunately that will require people to plan ahead so might not be too successful

A walk out at 65 minutes seems a good plan, but maybe just to the concourse and all return at 80 mins? That might get better support (although it might be tricky going back in while some twats are leaving early!!!)

as for a boycott I'm not sure. Easy for some, but would enough do it (or going on current crowds would anyone notice?!)

Whatever is done needs to be well supported and very visible

(Apologies I haven't really suggested anything though!)

A good rendition of " we say no Allam we say no " and we'll see who joins in? We could do that on 65 mins?

You don't need to suggest anything. You've given a gentle reminder of where we are. We were divided over the name change but this gives us an opportunity to begin to heal some of that hurt, on both sides. We have differing views on what to do and we have little organisation to achieve it. We have little time but luckily we have an issue that unites the vast majority of us.

I agree about the need for the Trust to be involved. Hopefully they will be.

There's been lots of division, but somehow I think this latest issue means that it's actually a majority of supporters they have been badly affected in some way in recent years
Incredible if true though, but you'd hope for a united front

    Hostages then?
Not too serious just Ehab over the weekend in your garage. Then when he agrees to reduce prices, after we've took a finger, we bring him in for the Brentford game and he's a hero.

I'd suggest a chant of "Hull City, united, we'll never be defeated" but he'd no doubt see it as a bright idea for a name change.
