You've said this a few times but I'm not sure what it's based on. We've only just recently come to the first year of memberships expiring. Unless a load of people cancelled their memberships early, the numbers couldn't possibly have gone down until very recently.
Bollocks isn't it.. Funnily enough, the numbers would be going back up now as people continue to renew their membership.
