I'd just like to say we've already seen the "he got death threats" stuff.

I wish twatter trolls would stop being so scummy in ding this and i hope it wasn't any real reds fans but theres always some fools.

The fact is its done and the linesman did the right thing. The ref didn't see it but the ref consulted his team mate on the night and got the decision right so after that his antics afterwards can be judged by all and like shawcross who has seen his career totally stall he's now earned himslef a reputation.

@Tobes - Remember the beginning of the season/last year where i called James Mccarthy average and Stones not a top level defender... Do you agree with me now as you were calling them the next best thing since sliced bread. Obviously Bobby Martinez plays a part as he only has them passing around their own half and going backwards but you guys got ripped off on mccarthy and i'm glad chelsea didn't sign stones

He's had 4 bookings all season.

So he can't have committed many fouls, therefore he's not a dirty player by definition

    #epicfail

It's idiotic and factually incorrect comments like yours in this thread about him supposedly nobbling De Bruyne that lead to the kind of OTT twitter nonsense that MITO is talking about.

Yeah exactly, it's not like he's an proactive defender doing a job on a regular basis, he's just a spiteful coward who knows when he's been shown up and goes in with intent when the game is long gone

BTW I have called for Mori to get a 4-6 game ban and a warning about future conduct, not death, so I don't think @moreinjuredthanowen was talking about me

I've never said McCarthy is the best thing since sliced bread, so you've dreamt that.

Stones will be a top level defender, hence why your lot put over £30m on the table for him, and are coming back to have another go this summer, together with United.

The issue at Everton is primarily the manager and his hopeless tactics, and the fact that he's now royally lost the dressing - not the personnel.

    Stop digging yer melt.

Try admitting that you were wrong about the De Bruyne comment and get over your faux indignation.

    Take your own advice

The vast majority of media and #neutrals don't buy it was an accident and he deserves more than a standard 3 games

I only dropped it for you calling Klopp an over rated bottler, a comment you made about a fortnight before he became the Messiah <laugh>

You take clueless to a whole new level

He isn't a top level defender though, he's a below average (for the PL) defender with top level athleticism

He has no brain or reading of the game and his best play comes when he can use his pace to mask his mistakes. That doesn't work against top players like Sturridge who also have pace, and it means he could be useless in the future if he doesn't learn improve his appalling positioning.

Nice shift away from what I was taking about. I've never said anything other than his challenge on Weds was a disgrace, and he'll get whatever ban is deemed correct and he'll deserve it.

What I took issue with was your complete nonsense about the De Bruyne injury and you also completely incorrect labelling him as a thuggish player, which the stats prove is utter drivel.

He lost his head, made a terrible challenge and will be punished for it. Go Google some of Stevie Me's derby challenges, notably the 2 footed jump on Naysmith. Was he a thug? No, he just lost his head in a derby.

Stones has a lot of ability - he's being ruined by a numpty of a manager who can't coach a defence.

You shifted, bringing MITO's comments into it, which were about people abusing Mori

Comparing Gerrard to Mori <laugh> so captain of Liverpool who's from Liverpool and plays in highly charged derbies is the same as a lad from the other side of the world who turned up a few days ago and has already caused 16 weeks of injuries to players after the game is already dead, the most recent of which was probably the most well behaved derby (apart from him) ever

I'm sure you know better than the host of top draw managers who see he's going to be a top drawer CB for years to come. Hence the massive fee he's going to attract this summer.

But no, he's ****e - astro has spoken

Managers have never spoken highly of a young player who's gone on to do nothing.

And I never ruled out he might be decent in future anyway. A few months being trained every day by Klopp would do it.

But when I said he was ****e, he was ****e. And he remains ****e to this day.

The difference in goals you concede when he's at CB compared to when he isn't cannot all be laid at Martinez's feet.

The twitter trolls are brainless bell ends, and I mentioned them as they're fuelled by the kind of bullshit you posted about the De Bruyne injury

I mentioned Gerrard as a straightforward comparison, he made some ****ing shocking derby challenges, was he a thug? Answer the question?

Yes in some instances Gerrard was a thug

However he also had that in context of many many years of top level football

Funes Mori has only just turned up and he's already racked up thuggish behaviour greater than the worst of Gerrard, with nothing else in his career to balance it out

So he's top drawer if Klopp (the over rated bottler) had him for a few months, but he's ****e now <laugh>

No, the lad is a class act, who at 21 is still learning his trade at CB and therefore makes the odd mistake. The fact that he's playing under this clown who can't set up a defence to save his life, has lead to our complete defensive collapse this season.
