Knowing Gils very very low standards. Think i would prefer just to pop the bubblewrap. Quite addictive and stress relieving.
You can bring the smoking jackets. Also a pipe. Never seen anyone smoking a pipe for years. Not a cock pipe ya mucky ****ers.
I train to keep my mind healthy more than my body now, I stopped training for a while and I went a bit 'dark' so I had to go back. That's why I eat healthy food and don't drink too much sugary crap or stuff packed with chemicals. If your diet consists of purely ****, you're gonna die sooner rather than later, but we all know that, I know I can have a coke or a McDonalds if I don't live off that stuff, and I do have those things in moderation, that's the word that you have to live by. There's no way I'd give up bacon in a million years.
Tabs? Packed them in 17 years ago, Comm, was a wise move. I think cigarettes as we know them will die out eventually, to be replaced by e-cigarettes. If the big tobacco manufacturers aren't making ecigs now, I'm sure they will in future.
I still have an odd *** when I go out after a few drinks. Cheap one there, who's gonna take it? Roll up roll up... excuse the pun.
I don`t give a crap what an expert says is bad for me. Wait a while and another will be along telling me that studies have shown it`s quite beneficial after all. Self opinionated tossers.
You just want one to say 'a bottle of scotch a week has been proven to be medically benefical for health and longevty'
My old man was retired through ill health and given 18 months to live by a clean living healthy doctor. The old fella give up smoking but substantially increased his booze intake to compensate, his only other healthy act was to have his bacon grilled not fried. He lived for another 15 years and was reasonably healthy until just before he end. The clean living healthy doctor dropped dead 6 months after giving my dad his diagnosis. It seems to me that whilst there are things that in excess are clearly not good for you the biggest factor in living a long life is luck!!!
