Football is more important than life and death In all fairness though posting on a footy forum anywhere at any time is no comparison to wasting your life on consoles and games apps.
Treble is just banging out some cliches. Its like any hobby most people apart from the ones interested, just don't get it. It's how it engages your mind. I'm off to play FIFA 16, season 4 career mode. Neymar is out injured for Tottenham, i'm fuming.
Or perhaps you're just too narrow-minded to understand what I'm saying Spurlock? 'Getting it or not getting it' has nothing to do with what I posted. It's certainly not 'engaging your mind' very well
Started MGS last night, controls are different as I've never played a MGS game. There are a so many diffrent controls and such large ares I'm a bit lost at the moment.
I take it you're in Afghanistan? Your best bet is to try a few side missions first. It's all very tactical and potentially one wrong move and you will fail the mission. Once you're past about mission 6 or so, it becomes 2nd nature - and no at all confusing. Just know what to take to battle and keep quiet. Once you crack the stealth part of it the game becomes almost whatever you want it to be. Dart Gun, metal arm and the balloons are three must have's. Head shots are vital too. Also pick up as much loot as you can as you will need it later in the game when building your own defences up etc. I'm in Africa at the moment and **** gets real.
Also Luv, make use of the chopper as that's kind of your base to start missions from. Get used to the controls to start different types of missions etc. It's quite insane how much effort has gone into it as at the end of each level the credits start rolling like you've finished the whole game. I did 1 mission the other day and it took 6 hours in total to complete. I think it was mission 21 or something like that. But most importantly - give the game time, so you can get used top it. Once that happens and you know exactly whats what it is a true master-piece.
Yeah I did the prologue in the hospital and then got dropped off in the dessert and have to rescue Miller. I've just been looking about and getting a feel for it. I don't have a base at all yet.
Ohhh you're still kind of in no mans land. Once you get to the mother base and get a chopper it will become clearer The amount of things you can upgrade, extend, tweak is insane. I've got some serious equipment. I'm a bit like Bin-Laden tbh.
Yeah it's a fairly small map from what I can see. If I rescue Miller does that stop me from looking around the map further? Also I'm told I have 3 days so I take it that I need to do it within that timescale?
Yeah you need to rescue him straight away really, then the game properly starts. It has time/weather rotation as you'd expect. You can choose when to go out on missions depending how you like to play. I usually go out at 06:00, but some missions are better at night - purely because there are less guards or guards take a nap from time to time. You really need to scope the area well with your binoculars otherwise within a spit second you'll find yourself in a massive **** storm. Once you upgrade the binoculars you can see the enemies strengths etc. meaning that if they are good soldiers rather than killing them you can injure them and have them taken to your mother base to be tortured until they agree to fight for your cause. Then you can send different groups out on missions to get you extra resources or more soldiers etc.
Also - you will go back to that part of the map so don't worry about searching too much at the start.
