So after his hat-trick against Palace, even his family hated him! I'm starting to feel sorry for him a bit. He should sign for millwall, he's already got the 'everybody hates me' tattoo.

Would be surprised if they went for him, unless he's to add to the British element of the squad?

As long as he leaves, I wouldn't give a sh*t if it was to Basingstoke Town, Millwall or Barcelona.

True, and 8m is small change compared to some of the figures they've paid lately for players

The Punchy saga is getting as bad as Fabregas at Gunners - we want rid of the nasty bit of work & clubs want him but at bargain price. NC not one for backing down I would suggest so pay the price or go away
If we don't sell him he will train with the kids until someone pays or he decides to be part of a team

Saying that I never rated him, promised a lot but never came up with an end result - "flatters to deceive" and is a changing room time bomb that will sooner rather than later go off

On the question of Puncheon's attitude, its probably a question of wrong place at the wrong time. Adkins has very firm views, and Puncheon clearly does not fit with his plans, plus once you cross "Don" Cortese you fins a horses head on your pillow. Puncheon, had Shergars head on his pillow. Anyone who gets Puncheon will get a good player, as long as it all works out. we paid around £400,000 for him, and his value went up as he did so well at blackpool whilst in the premiership, so around a million looks about right>

If he was such a rotten apple im sure Cortese would offload him cheaper than he is valued, so maybe the rumours that he is a disuptive memeber of the team are a bit exagerated, Im sure he could get a Dozen goals a season, well worth 1 mill to any team

Maybe we are just holding out, to see if he`ll toe the line eventually, with his desire to play in the Prem maybe he sould show everyone what he can do here and help us get there!
