Ye dont think we sold the corners out this season so there should be seats spare. Christ it'd be mental if me and the lad want to go but cant cos the cheaper seats have gone and we cant/wont afford to sit in the 40 quid a month seats. There could be a few in that boat.
It's bad enough now but it's going to be a nightmare getting served in pub while match is on next season. We used to take our own coach or a couple of mini - buses to away games. Now I reckon there's more of us in pub when the match is on than get up to go to the game. That's one hell of a marketing achievement given it's happened over the period that'll probably rank as our most successful.
The only winners are the ones with no kids that f'ked us off last season & are renewing this season! The'll most proberly be sat in some poor old twats seat who'd been going for years! And I know there's a few on here who have openly said they're coming back! Go figure!
I was actually considering getting a pass again for next season...before all this membership **** kicked off I'm not sure I could now
Hopefully you can do it over the phone. Me and the lad had a chat about it and decided we still wanna go. So... After reading TOM's purlll thread it looks like its every man for themself for plenty of em so i'll try and get tickets in the cheaper seats.
I'll be going back to my old seat now for the forthcoming season.... Whatever league we may be in. Won't be cutting my nose off to spite my face, cheapest season pass / membership in years and i ain't missing out. Missed watching live this season.
I can understand that and it's all they had to do was make it viable for all and we'd have good crowds.
I agree to a certain extent. Has anyone ever had any info regarding a breakdown? What % of current passholders qualify for senior citizen cpncession, what % are young persons concessions, what % are family concessions and what % are full price paying adults. I could thoroughly understand from the club's (business) point of view if the % of full price paying adults is very low. Has any of this information been released? Has anyone had the thought that this may be being put into place or rushed through at the request of a new owner? Dr Allam has already stated the income from season tickets is very low...to him, but what about a new potential suitor?
#marketing Got to admit, that is a great way to tempt their fans. Makes a mockery of our current situation when you see that even that shambles are getting their **** together.
So there are a lot of concessions. Nearly half and half. Would like to know how we match up to other clubs of a similar stature and standing. Would also be interesting to know what the breakdown for the premier league clubs is.
We should just be aiming to fill the ground with reasonable price tickets and concessions for kids and pensioners , it isn't that difficult
