Like I say , I saw a blatant dive also , but it 's not relevant if a penalty is properly called . Everyone can pretend they didn't see Vardy's arm being grabbed and feet tangled up , but it's there on the replay . Soon as the penalty wasn't properly called , of course Vardy gets called for the dive , Leicester get no spot kick , Vardy gets into another fiasco after the game and now he is out for two .... All because the penalty was missed ... A calamity of injustice IMO
Try opening you're eyes then .Are you saying you can't see Vardy 's arm being grabbed and tugged back in the box ? . Football is a simple game , with simple rules ...it's the judgement of refs that complicate those simple rules . Look where we are for corner kicks and attacking free kicks these days .... it's like a rugby scrum in the box . I can't remember the last time seeing a corner kick that didn't have an overlooked penalty happening ......it's like American football in the box You grab a guys arm in the box while he's running toward goal , it's a penalty . The whistle should blow and it makes no difference if you dive , fall over or whatever ... The play is dead and a spot kick should be given
Vardy wasn't fouled - end of. Contact doesn't equate to an automatic foul being awarded, and the contact on him in that situation did not justify a freekick being given. What he did was to tangle his legs with Morgans and bring himself down - Stevie G at his finest that - and therefore he was trying to con the referee. He was rightly carded for it, as well.
Contact may not but grabbing Vardy's arm and pulling on it when Vardy has a half step in the box is ...end of .
Morgan did little more than put a hand on his shoulder, he felt the touch and did his starfish impression, the contact wasn't a foul, ergo you're talking absolute bollocks
Are you fuking kidding , ...total and absolute penalty . And not only does a penalty not get called , Vardy gets send off , gets into another altercation and now misses 2 games over a missed penalty .. A calamity of injustice ...period
I leave not understanding the rules up to you and Moss .... It was a pitiful chain of events leading to injustice . And I'll tell you something else , the League better get their sh:t together on corner kicks too as what takes place in the box with them isn't world football , it's American football .... Ruining the simple and beautiful game
Foul/referee disagreements are futile. Assessment: endurance, consistency and resilience now higher priority to victory, not referee decision analysis. Ranieri faces his biggest test and hurdle. Outcome: uncertain.
And Leicester go from should having a 1 - 0 lead and finishing the game with 11 men and Vardy free to play next game , to 0-0 and down to 10 men and as it turns out , Vardy missing 2 games ...... A calamity .
