Dude, just stop replying. You can't help but not reply when someone calls you out. It's all they want. Simply replying and engaging puts you in the same camp as CFC, HIAG and A87.

No it doesn't <laugh> It just illustrates how I'm happy not to be grouped with HIAG, CFC and A87

It's probably a good job for HIAG that Spurs look like finishing above Arsenal, because I suspect that he would bottle the challenge if he lost, in the same way that he bottled it initially and had to be bullied into accepting :police:

After watching Spurs demolish Stoke last night (potential banana skin game) and closing the points gap, it is clear that the title will go down to last game.

Spurs played with heart, passion, flair and youthful exuberance and scored some good goals (look forward to cheering on Kane and Alli at Euros) and now have the best attacking and defence record.

Spurs will clearly finish above Arsenal this season, and unless Wenger adds real quality to our squad, then I can see Spurs finishing above us again next season and Arsenal dropping out of top 4, which if we do would be a sad way for Wenger to bow out.

If Spurs win the title this year and finish above us next year then it could be the kick up the arse that our board need to get in a young and dynamic manager who can inspire his team to play with heart and passion.

Problem is is who is that manager ?

Anyway looking forward to a close run title challenge and if Spurs win it will be because they deserve to and I will take my hat off to them and say well done*

    *and about time too!

Every Gooner but Piskie seems to have an iota of class in them.

Piskie still obsessing about a made up story about HIAG bottling something he didn't bottle.

Only losing the CL slot (whether that coincides with finishing below Spurs or not)
appears to be the trigger for real change. If Wenger is going in 2017, then his remit will be
business as usual, so his successor has at least guaranteed CL football to tempt new
    signings with the following summer.

    <wah><diva>

In all honesty, if Spurs win it then they will have deserved to have won it. No complaints.

As for HIAG bottling the avatar challenge, the first three pages of that thread were a total bottling

It is football - sometimes another team is better than you, and you have to be able to acknowledge that.
Spurs are better than us this season and if we don't pull out finger out will be next season.
If Spurs can win some silverware then it would push them to the next level.
Arsenal need to respond but with AW at the helm it won't happen soon. That is where we are at.
We will finish 4th only because Chelsea and United and Liverpool aren't good enough at the moment but will do something about it.
Arsenal wont change a thing until AW has gone.

Maybe Wenger should join PSG? It'd be interesting to see how he'd do.

Mourinho seems much better suited to PSG than Utd. At PSG he'll be given free reign from a cheque book chairman and he can simply spend what he wants to get whoever he wants. At Utd he'd be expected to bring through youth players and turn around Utd's fortunes, something he would struggle with. Also not trying to wum here, but if Mourinho goes to PSG then it ups the ante on Utd making an approach for Pochettino in the summer.

Utd won't get Pochettino, certainly not this year. I don't think, ever!

Personally, I think Mourinho wants Utd. It's do Utd want him? I think he feels that he has unfinished business in the PL, and taking over Utd would be the perfect platform for him to get back at Abramovich.

I don't think Poch will go to Utd this summer either. He'll want to see what he can do with Spurs in the CL next season. Possibly if Real Madrid or reportedly Bayern Munich both come sniffing then it could upset the apple cart, but I think he'll be at Spurs next season.

As for Mourinho, he basically seems to be whoring himself out to Utd, but I remember Bobby Chartlon saying that Mourinho isn't the type of personality that they want at Utd. He seems to be more trouble than he's worth.

Given that he appears to have been ok with Moyes and van Gaal, perhaps they've told him to **** off?

Moyes seemed like a decent replacement for Fergie at the time, as did Van Gaal after the Dutch performances at the World Cup. Moyes turned out to be a poor selection and Van Gaal a poor selection and a bit of a nutter to boot. But I don't think either are in the same belligerent Tosspot category as Mourinho.
