exactly - it's time to stop the dross and join the campaign - 'Stop The Dross' - everyone should come to the game in a black sweatshirt with amber STD letters across the chest and Brucie's Fault written underneath
Its a rallying call that's all blown out of proportion. We all know its frustration but does booing your own players do any good? The players are not doing it and neither are the fans, both can improve a lot I thought on Friday the team started well but it only lasted until they scored and the fans were the same decent to start with but then calling players, booing. It dosnt help with all the off the field problems I'm one of the p----- off ones having a teenage daughter. Automatics have gone some of us don't know whether we will be there next season but don't we all love Hull City its a massive part of our lives we wouldn't waste our time coming on here giving our very different views if we didn't, I can tell you all I'm as frustrated as anyone the wife's sick of my moaning but when Saturday comes if songs start about not wanting the membership scheme I will join in but the eleven players on that pitch will get my full support, get behind them don't boo and create an atmosphere.
I think that's largely it - the fans are so pissed off with so many off-field elements that all it takes is a wobble on-field and they snap. If everything was rosy off-field then I think you'd find it a very different atmosphere.
You've contradicted yourself there, you've seen City in the dark days so you clearly endured years of poor performances and results yet kept coming back for more, paying your money to be disappointed by dire performances. You then call me an idiot for wanting to watch the team this season, in which results and performances are well above average compared to our past.
With the north stand having loads of empty seats as it is . Leeds fans will be making much more noise on saturday then our lot
If anything they are more pissed off with Cellino then we are with Allam, they will be distracted by their Time To Go Massimo campaign.
Any midfield player with 6 goals and 8 assists obviously doesn't deserve to be called clueless. He has been a been a bit **** for the past two months, but it's not his fault he keeps getting picked.
Some of this I agree with but rubbish home crowds, small away followings and poor atmosphere? That's primarily because people have stopped going. Many of the most vocal ones who contributed to the atmosphere. They took a stand and it's the club's fault for pissing them off that they're not there.
Poor results generally yes, poor (not dire) performances by comparison to what is on show today; I disagree! In the dark days as you refer to them we at least got 100% effort and to a degree the players being able to express themselves rather than be shackled by tactics. How often have we seen posters on here asking were's our current day Ash or Brabin! In the past as one example it was inexpensive to pay to watch your local footie team, not the case today so it's not a like for like comparison for that and many other reasons. The off field antics of our owners just compound the whole scenario for me. Current results may well be above the typical fare we are used to seeing, performances for 18 months have been bloody awful with few exceptions. You stick to your mantra of results irrespective of performances! Enjoy!
A bit ****, we'd have seen no difference had we started against Wolves with 10 men, hopeless on the day! Ball retention? Tackling? Passing? Shooting accuracy? Zero end product. I genuinely hopes he proves me wrong, starting at Reading!
