Simplistic I know.. but any potential transfer targets need to be sent a DVD of yesterdays game.. If they don't want to be part of that, then they ain't for us! Like Klopp said, we want players on the bus that will take us where we want to go, not players that want to jump on once (if) we get there!
bascially its great but send them a compilation with the final and milner lifting the europa league say.. this could be you, even beat up old crocks can benefit from lfc tender care.
Does raise a question, of the relegated clubs (or potential relegated clubs depending on who ends up going down) would you take any of their players? Or Who can you see escaping those clubs and staying in the prem?
Really you'd have to say players like Sissoko have let their team down so I say no idea not want any.
If I had to select a player or two from the current bottom 4, then I'd try to nab Kirchhoff and/or Wijnaldum, quality players that would be decent additions to the squad!
Cabaye likes to wonder around pinging passes about. He's slow, very lazy and simply relies on his ability to knock the ball around well. Probably the complete opposite of what Klopp want's in a player. The way we're setting up to play he'd get lost in our team. Definite No from me
Usually i'd look for who makes the difference and lifts those around him. But then i'd end up with a joe allen so that is a bit of a problem also.
Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has declared that he doesn't want to return to the Reds and was never happy at Anfield. The 25-year-old striker is currently on loan back at former club Milan but has scored just one goal in Serie A all season. Balotelli endured a miserable year on Merseyside, again finding the net just once in the Premier League – with a further three strikes coming in cup competitions. The Italian international – who the ECHO understands does not figure in Jurgen Klopp's plans – insists he wants to stay put at the San Siro. "What I want is certainly to stay at Milan," Balotelli told Mediaset Premium. "I was not happy at Liverpool and I don't want to go back there. "I've been doing well in my last two games and there are another six for me to prove myself. "I feel in good shape physically at last and am relaxed. "Besides, Milan have the money.” Balotelli plundered 20 goals in all competitions for Manchester City in their 2011/12 Premier League title-winning season but after a £16million move to Anfield in 2014 he was unable to replicate that form. In between he had also enjoyed a successful first stint with Milan, bagging 30 goals in 54 games but has also struggled this term in his second spell at the club. The Sicilian-born frontman came under fire from former Reds boss Brendan Rodgers for a supposed lack of movement and his playing style is not expected to be suited to Klopp's 'gegenpressing' tactics. Oh believe me MArio the feeling has always been mutual. **** off utter waste of space he is.
Basically that fine mario but milan can give back the full 16mil if they have the moeny as you say. Clearly klopp should put him in the same train on your own status if he's sent back by milan and left til aug 31.
