Ref had a mare all game. Probably on the take from Skysports to add a bit of drama for the last few games of the season and build some excitement for the Skysports fanboys.

In all honesty, I don't care how Leicester do it now, as long as they do. Mathematically 8 more points needed, but I doubt it will take that many.

 

We shall see, I think this is the first game they have looked like they want it.

 

Odds for the Barca /Valencia game considering Valencia are 2-0 at HT. Sod putting anything on Barca to come back then, thought odds would be far better than that! Might as well put it on Valencia

Thought the ref had a cracking game. He got all the big decisions correct.

I know some ppl are saying he got them right and others are saying he was ****. I think there are times when a warning will do and you do your best to keep 11 on the pitch. Also think both the pens were a bit of a joke, including Leicester's but if it helps get them the title so be it.

 

Very inconsistent, gives WestHam a penalty for holding in the box (well done, should happen more) then ignores the exact same thing for Leicester. Books Vardy for "diving" which leads to a red card then gives a pen for something very similar because he has ****ed up 2 mins earlier. Poor ref in my opinion.

 

You can't warn someone for diving.. it's a yellow offence.

West Ham's one was possibly a touch harsh but Morgan & Huth had been doing it all game so they were lucky they didn't give 2 or 3 away before that.

The Leicester one, if it's outside the box, it's a foul and no one disputes it, so it's a pen. Typical forward tackle.

 

Yeah it's 2 wins 2 draws or 3 wins. When you've a a **** up in the numbers and you don't concede many with 11 on pitch.... well..... it's up to spurs now.

If it's say 7 points gap with 4 to go it's all but over. I can see Swansea on a jolly and Leicester rolling them.

 

Well if players can Swan round and say first tackle to refs in the prem and get away with it week after week I would say actually you can warn players given refs do it every game and I've seen lots wave at players up up... that says dive to me...

 

That's a very black and white analysis. In the real world, the referee should use a bit of common sense. A second yellow for a sending off? Really? As Diego says, he was inconsistent with the Huth decision. And how many times do we hear "if it's outside the box it's a foul"... and usually only said when they're NOT given and we all just accept it. In this instance there was some dispute as to whether Carroll had even fouled him. The ONLY reason the ref gave it imo is bcos he knew he was having a mare and tried to balance his fck ups.

I have to say they really should try to get more than one goal.

I only watched the last 15 mins or so and I know Barca were pressing for a winner but they leave so much space at the break it's unreal!

I'd actually love to see Leicester play them. Leicester could be in their element.. sit back, let Huth & Morgan kick the ball away and just let Vardy run into the 50 yards of space they leave.
