'We', as a team, didn't do anything, it was Snodgrass that did it. The others looked like they'd given up. In both games.
You could call us a lot of unflattering things this season but very rarely do we stick 11 men behind the ball and counter attack teams at home like Leicester did today.
They're a counter-attacking team, they've been set up like that all season and it's served them very well, I really don't think it's accurate to describe their brand of football as negative.
The referee was poor for both sides. Vardy, while he doesn't go over unchallenged, couldn't have gone over more theatrically is he tried. Stupid to give the referee the choice although I personally believe the referee should have played on. It's not a dive and it's not a foul. The first yellow for Vardy was horrendously soft. Payet went down like a sack of **** while on a booking but the referee decided to let that one go. Reid definitely does dive, although we got lucky that the referee didn't spot Huth elbow him earlier on. Ogbonna hauled Huth down, pen for me. Schlupp just gets eased off the ball. Definitely not a foul (although in real time it looked stonewall). Shame that the referees have to make the games all about themselves. They're so smug it hurts.
Vardy's been charged with improper conduct (calling the ref a ****), he's up for a two match ban now.
