Could well be (in no particular order): Arsenal Chelsea Man. City Man U. Spurs Liverpool West Ham Add to that strong teams like; Southampton, Everton, Leicester and Stoke. I think next season's Premier League will probably be the toughest it's ever been and whoever goes up will struggle.
whats happened over the last few years is similar to knocking off the top layers of the pyramid , In Germany its a very sharp point , over here in England its a lower dull brow each has its strengths i suppose .
