Nope.

 

So how long until they announce exact dates...I'm still hoping to get a ticket for the City game if they move it!

 

Those games are 26/27 April and 3/4 May.

 

Yeah I know but if City play their 2nd leg on the Tuesday (I think) then our game with them gets moved back to the SAturday (which means I can go!!).

 

BBC saying City away to Madrid on Wednesday 4th May. We may be ok for the Sunday game.

That draw couldn't be better for us, as long as City don't lose 3-0 at home first.

Bunch of rumours floating around that John Terry (Captain, Leader, Legend) has been arrested for drink driving and assaulting a police officer. I do highlight the word 'rumour' though.

Oh boo. I decided to look into it further, to see if my logic was misplaced or not. And it is:

"If that club has already qualified for the UEFA Champions League via their domestic league, then the association remains with four places in the UEFA Champions League. If that club has already qualified for the UEFA Europa League via their domestic league, it results in five clubs participating in the UEFA Champions League, and two – not three – participating in the UEFA Europa League."

So Liverpool progressing isn't as useful as I thought. Still though, some use to us. Winning the EL is surely much more likely for them than finishing 4th, so they may well decide to go all out for the EL and not always put out full strength sides in the PL. Indeed, just look at their team against Stoke last time. A couple of kids making their first PL starts.

 

I thought this was the case.

 

I've just seen this on Sky Sports site and as a rule change it's a biggie, "...also state the ball will also be able to move in any direction from kick-off, rather than only move forward."

Wow - just wow!

 

You thought it resulted in 4th, 5th and 6th getting a EL place!
