    Both decent answers, thanks.

As a marker for the level of concerned supporters, have you seen, on here, or elsewhere, any threads calling for likeminded folk to club together? There has been quite a bit of time passed and I have seen comment but no calls or requests for community spirit from any who might suffer. I thought I might of seen something more on here, other than victims of the last debacle raising their concerns. Don't you find it strange that those who might be moved seem to be taking the same approach as HCST, or are they simply being sensible?

    Cheers, I appreciate that

But yes I do find it strange.
And they may well be sensible, I hope it turns out that they are, but I genuinely hope they don't get left with an unworkable timeframe

As an aside I was on holiday with a pass holder in South who has been a pass holder for as long as I can remember when the announcement went on the website
He has the bare faced cheek to sit in the family stand with his family, but...get this... none of them are children! His immediate response was "**** them, if I get moved then that's four passes I won't be renewing". Maybe some people are just resigned to being gradually moved out?

Again, I need to understand. I can certainly understand how they do not upset the owners, as it would be on a par with turkeys voting for Christmas. How do they offer solutions to problems they face; that seems a strange remark?

I would expect the OSC got it in the ear over the membership scheme. I expect they then passed that information on together with some suggestions to accommodate the complaints, or maybe remove them altogether. An assumption on my part, but not an unreasonable one.

TOM has certainly said their fallout was bad, so no assumption needed for that. Passed on what information? What have the club done to accommodate complaints, or do you mean any revision. If I understand your comment about suggestions correctly, wouldn't the club receive the same advice by simply reading any and all of the supporters websites? It pretty much came across, from TOM's anger, that the club had withdrawn their cooperation to some or all of his OSC projects - unrelated stuff to this scheme, so it seems an harsh reaction to friendly forces. I can understand his frustration and would hope he hangs on in there.

TOM also said the club reply to their e-mails. If the OSC said their members weren't happy I'm sure they would listen. How much influence the OSC have had with the revised scheme I can't say. I doubt whether the OSC or the club will say either. As I said I expect the OSC to have asked if the scheme could be changed. They may have made their own suggestions as to what changes they'd like. There may have been some chat back and forth.

I would expect them to exchange emails, as they are intertwined and representatives of each other; I see nothing remarkable in that at all, but the opposite certainly would be.

I can't see anything that TOM has said as being sufficient reason to believe the OSC has done anything other than express alarm, just as others have. Have they made a public statement, regarding their position, as HCST have? You seem to have engaged in a comparison between the OSC and HCST, but it makes too many assumptions to be reliable. Why?

    Typical weak arsed OSC bullshit.

"The Hull City Official Supporters Club welcomes the concept of the Earn Your Stripes membership scheme and its intention to make the overall cost of supporting our team fairer to the majority of fans and to create an improved atmosphere at the KC. We absolutely appreciate some fans will be affected by the prices and / or by having to move seats, but we hope the scheme will bring benefits to all fans and improve the match day experience in the long term. One of the major advantages to the scheme is that it should make the cost of a match day more affordable to families.

We look forward to understanding more about the other benefits yet to be detailed, when they are released next week by the Club. For further details on the Earn Your Stripes scheme please visit the Club Website"

    Hmm ....

.... If Carlsberg did announcements ...

... so, when is Obi taking over as HCOSC Communications Director?

Never mind, if all else fails they can all get depressed and blame the PFA.

I won't be taking over as Communications Director. I don't think I'll join the OSC or re-join the Trust.

I'm not depressed and every cloud has a silver lining.

I'm not sure why we have to rejoin the trust if we own a share?

Because you have to rejoin to keep your share, if you signed up at the start and don't renew before the 28th, your membership lapses and you lose your share.

You can see how that would make them think again. Happy's ringing endorsement will have been the confirmation changes needed to be made.

I am a member of OSC but I doubt I will renew as their welcoming statement about membership scheme does not reflect the views of anyone I speak to. Those at the top of the OSC appear to be club puppets in this and should all resign.

They can never be anything other that glove puppets of the glove, perhaps on the golly-hand, but glove puppets nonetheless - if not their status is at risk.

Resign? It's not long since they elected themselves in a carefully orchestrated ku-de-ta.

Some seem to be following trends as much as anything. The OSC statement doesn't say anything that comments from those in the trust have said. Only one of those two is a protest group.

Don't remember receiving any ballot papers or invitations to nominate anyone to stand for election
