This says to me either he got given 10 votes at random and here are 5 he chose to share or he picked out these people to look at. what is he trying to tell us here? a) looked at a mix of players here. are any names significant on the list? Astro was involved in day 1 so he got seen. AFC is on the list he was active. Tennis is on the list, I am not on the list. I suggest i should be on list night 2 please. b) those looked at all called out a vote? did bod call one out? This says to me all 4 voted as they said they would and thats something the mayor must be telling us. however... just cos they did doesn't mean they are then 100% town. if the targets were ideal for mafia or SK then saying i vote x and having it confirmed is ideal isn't it? c) it tells us tobes had at least 3 votes and prob more on him last night. d) telling us bod didn't vote is interesting. I was wondering about no votes yesterday so here is one.

I think it was the right call by the mayor to check the votes of players that posted who they were voting for, as any deviation in the results would then be very useful to know. If he investigated players who did not list their choice then it would be less useful if we had nothing to compare against. His choice of which 5 out of the 10 to send to the journo is interesting. We do not know what other info he received but I guess he would hand over the most interesting or useful ones to town. To me the Bod one was handed over because the no vote was a bit suspicious and needs questioning. I would guess there were no other really interesting ones so he handed over the 4 of us whose votes matched what we said they were yesterday. As you say they don't make any of us innocent, but since we are 4 of the more talkative guys it is useful to know that none of us were intentionally misleading town. Mito I guess either you weren't checked or your vote wasn't deemed to be that interesting. I'd recommend that the Mayor mix it up and check the votes of a few guys that don't list their votes as well, as it will keep them honest and generate discussion. But keep checking a few of the known votes as it's good to know if anyone is lying.

I was referring to the three guys who listed you as a possible suspect and had given some kind of reasoning behind it. Chaos came out and defended you and DPP without much of a logical argument. I know you two are mates but it does look dodgy to defend two suspected players when there aren't too many alternatives, and without giving any kind of sound reasoning. It looks like he's trying to create controversy (or chaos as it were) DPP is clearly inactive and could be SK 2. The reasoning behind your suspicion is pretty flimsy which Mito and afc both mention to their credit. Can't find Astro's reasoning as the search functionality doesn't work. Mito's reasoning: 2. ACS. My only issue with ACS is he posted early he wanted to go to the park. this was not the neutral option so it gives him a problem. this would mean a purely mild read. as in its literally one post and i don't know if it was innocent opinion or a deliberate nudge from a mafia. afcftw's reasoning: Beyond that I'm not sure, ACS could be a good call as he went for a different option to the neutral one but we don't know which is bad/good yet. Not sure one comment is a good enough reason to be lynching him! But I also haven't got any other suspicions yet, everyone else has either come across like town or not posted enough to get any kind of read. So I suppose ACS is my third for now.
Been busy at work and have caught up for now. On lunch but busy this afternoon but should be back on from about 6.30pm onwards. I do leave this screen on to look at if I can during work but not always possible. Location: Only guide we have is to use yesterdays logic to today's locations especially as they seem to be "like for like" options. We discussed yesterday's and seem to have hit neutral but do we want to look at deliberately going for one of the others to see if we hit "good" and see what the bonus is but risk the "bad" and see what bad does? My suggestion would be to go safe for one more night and see if a pattern can be seen on third day clues. Suspicious 3 First one would be DPP due to inactivity on first night killings. Touch of de ja vue from last game here. Might be clever play by Mafia but I don't think so. Second one would Chippy for his on/off appearances. In at start and then not on til late. Only skim read yesterday so not 100% sure on that. And can someone fix the posting check thing as this is impacting on my game again. Third one I don't really have at the moment. One or two I am watching but nothing concrete. Paper Query as to why Bod didn't vote. If Mafia why wouldn't he vote? Fair chance of not being seen and they would probably have sussed Tobes as Town Role and voted for him under cover of Town voting for him as not obviously VT.
